How do I make a reservation?
First of all select your desired destination, your dates and the number of people. Then click on search and the available apartments will appear both on a map and on a list; choose your favorite and click on book. You will be requested to provide few personal details (name, email…) and proceed with the payment.
How do I go about making a monthly reservation?
For reservations longer than a month you can either:
- Follow the same process of short stay reservations (home searcher)
- Go to Monthly rentals from the home and will see the apartments offered by months.
- Fill in the form (Serviced apartments) and we will reply to you within 24 hours with apartment proposals that may suit your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?
Each apartment has its own cancellation policy. See more information in please refer to Cancellation Policy
What is the check-in time?
Check-in and check-out hours vary depending on the property. Information regarding this matter is mentioned on the features of the property on the property page.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes, you can request an invoice simply by sending an email to email@example.com, please include the reservation number, the full name of the person who made the reservation and the dates.
Is there an additional cost for kids?
Infants under 3 years old are free of charge. Full rate applies on children of 3 years old onward.
Is there an age limit for renting a property?
Certain owners do not accept tenants under 23 years old of age; please make sure you read the description of the property as this information is always highlighted for each apartment.
How can I get the full address of the apartment?
The map on the website shows the exact location of the apartment buildings however for security reasons the full address can be obtained only once a reservation is confirmed. It will be highlighted on the confirmation.
Is cleaning included in the price? How about bed linen and towels?
Yes the cleaning fee is included and the apartment is cleaned before your arrival, bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.
Please note that additional cleaning and extra towels through your stay can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit either, mostly by credit card pre authorization, this information is displayed next to the price when making a reservation.
Are the photos of the properties up to date?
Yes indeed, ApartEasy takes all the necessary measures to ensure that photos correspond to the reality of the apartment through inspection of the properties.
Is there an office in every city where you operate?
Our office is in central Barcelona, next to Passeig de Gracia. Clients or people who want to get information are more than welcomed to visit us. Nowadays we only operate in Barcelona so don’t need other offices.
Do I pay for the total when making the reservation?
No, ApartEasy charges only a part of the total rent which usually is a 20-25% of the rent depending on the property. Price break down is highlighted before proceeding to the payment section. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Please note that a reservation cannot be confirmed unless the down payment is paid and a confirmation is received from ApartEasy stating that your reservation is complete.
Can I pay with a Credit Card?
Yes, all major credit cards are accepted: VISA, Master Card, American Express, ...
Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes, ApartEasy accepts PayPal payments, simply follow the reservation process and select PayPal when making the payment on the website.
Can I pay with a Bank Transfer?
Yes, bank transfers are also accepted, simply follow the instructions to make the reservation, when making the payment; choose the bank transfer option and we will send you the instructions to make the transfer by e-mail.
Can I make a reservation over the phone?
Yes, you can call us during our opening hours and we will be happy to make your reservation over the phone.
Do I get an instant confirmation for my reservation?
Yes, once the reservation is confirmed you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
How do I arrange and make the check-in?
You have to send an e-mail to with your arrival details (time and means of transportation). We ask you to call about 30-45 minutes before getting to the apartment informing you are on your way.
How do I get from the airport to the apartment?
Details on how to get from the airport to the city are shown in the property page and also in the Booking confirmation. Shall you need further assistance do not hesitate to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I hire airport pick up service?
Yes, simply send an email to email@example.com requesting the service and providing your arrival information. For rates and any other questions regarding this service please contact our Customer Care department via email or telephone.
Can I add an additional person to the reservation?
It is possible if the capacity of the apartment allows an additional person, however you must contact our Customer Care department and request the modification of the reservation; additional cost may apply in this case. See more information at Terms and Conditions.
What do I do if I need immediate assistance during my stay?
All our guests are provided with an emergency number when they arrive, this number can be called 24h. Apart from that, you can also contact us during our office opening time.
Can I request additional cleaning, bed linen or towels?
Yes, you may request an additional cleaning, bed linen or towels at an extra fee, for more information please contact our customer care team (send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org).
Can I check out later then the check-out time?
For late check-out please contact us to confirm whether it’s possible and if there is an extra cost.
How is the security deposit refunded?
The pre-authorization card is cancelled 24 hours after the day of your departure.
How can I leave a review?
You can leave a review on our Facebook Page or directly on the website through the email we send to all our clients few days after check-out.
