Eine stilvolle und komplett renovierte Panorama-Wohnung mit fabelhaften Ausblicken und einer geräumigen Dachterrasse, die in der Nähe der Piazza San Michele, der Via Fillungo, des Bahnhofs und des Parkplatzes liegt.
Der Standort könnte nicht besser sein und es ist ein Traum für Kunstliebhaber.
Die Gebäude nebenan reichen von mittelalterlicher bis barocker Architektur, und die Hauptstadtplätze sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt!
L-förmiges Sofa, ein maßgeschneiderter Teppich auf poliertem Holzboden, maßgefertigte Regale und Schränke mit wandmontiertem Fernseher und einem Holzkamin sowie mehrere Fenster mit Blick auf die prächtigen mittelalterlichen Türme von Lucca wie die TORRE GUINIGI.

Die Wohnung war super mit perfekter Lage. Das Auto musste vor der Stadtmauer geparkt werden, das war aber kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Manuel war unproblematisch. Er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

We liked this apartment but not as much as the other two (Uccellini and Casa Santa Croce). The stairs were a real struggle for us with our health issues. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we really loved the balcony.

We enjoyed the staff from Lucca Apartments and Villas and came to think of them as our friends/family-always there to help us if needed. We would highly recommend your service to all. When we return to Lucca we definitely need to research apartments with less stairs or a lift (elevator)...I'm sure ground floor apartments are few and far between in such a beautiful medieval city. Thank you so much Cristina, Elizabeth and Manuel and all the staff. You helped make our 3 months in Lucca such a wonderful experience and our dream would be to one day maybe live there! The smell from drains/plumbing was quite difficult and even when we used the product provided, we still had the strong smell even when we came in the main door to our apartment. We understood that the age of the building and city had a lot to do withmehr anzeigen

Spacious apartment at the perfect location, at a lively square with a lovely backery (try the foccaccio with raisins), bar and osteria. The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped for a simple meal. Pizza’s from the pizzeria at the Via Elisa at the terrace was a highlight of a perfect visit to lovely lucca. Since the apartment is within Zona Traffico Limitato you cannot get there by car. We dropped the luggage near the gate, one of us parked the car and we walked the last 400 m to the apartment, not far at all. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The apartement is realy beautiful and the owners are very helpful. The location is on a square with restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops. The whole city in walking distance. The terrace and the view is breath taking. Only reminder: the apartmentmehr anzeigen

A beautiful appartement in the historic heart of Lucca. We enjoyed our stay, especially the rooftop terrace and the short ways to restaurants, shops and the attactions of the city. In the flat was a detailed booklet with touristic tips inside and outside the walls - a lot of which we tried and were totally satisfied. The rooms are fully equipped and nicely furnished. The quality of the towels was above normal standards, the whole flat was super clean. All organisational aspects (communication, arrival instructions, check-in etc.) were perfectly managed. The location ist absolutly recommendable and we would book it again for future tuscan Holidays.
