Description
A stylish and completely remodelled panoramic apartment with fabulous views and a spacious rooftop terrace located near Piazza San Michele, Via Fillungo, the train Station and Parking.
The location could not be better and it's a dream for art lovers.
The buildings next-door features from Medieval to Baroque Architecture and the main town squares are just a short stroll away!
L-shaped sofa, a custom designed rug on polished wooden flooring, bespoke shelving and cabinetry with wall-mounted TV and a wood fireplace as well as several windows overlooking the magnificent medieval towers of Lucca search as TORRE GUINIGI.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and provided with a wide range of cooking utensils. Washing machine and clothes dryer are provided.
The two bathrooms both have showers. Air conditioning and a very reliable internet connection complete the list of equipment.
The apartment is on the second floor and requires climbing three flights of stairs to reach it, plus an additional flight within the apartment, totalling 62 steps. Please note that there is no elevator.

We liked this apartment but not as much as the other two (Uccellini and Casa Santa Croce). The stairs were a real struggle for us with our health issues. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we really loved the balcony.

We enjoyed the staff from Lucca Apartments and Villas and came to think of them as our friends/family-always there to help us if needed. We would highly recommend your service to all. When we return to Lucca we definitely need to research apartments with less stairs or a lift (elevator)...I'm sure ground floor apartments are few and far between in such a beautiful medieval city. Thank you so much Cristina, Elizabeth and Manuel and all the staff. You helped make our 3 months in Lucca such a wonderful experience and our dream would be to one day maybe live there! The smell from drains/plumbing was quite difficult and even when we used the product provided, we still had the strong smell even when we came in the main door to our apartment. We understood that the age of the building and city had a lot to do withsee more

It would have been good to have a proper oven to cook in since we stayed so long but we managed with the small warming oven provided. |

The terrace was brilliant for reading it was rather hot when we were there, but in cooler months, it would be lovely to eat outside.

The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped for a simple meal. Pizza’s from the pizzeria at the Via Elisa at the terrace was a highlight of a perfect visit to lovely lucca. Since the apartment is within Zona Traffico Limitato you cannot get there by car. We dropped the luggage near the gate, one of us parked the car and we walked the last 400 m to the apartment, not far at all. Staff was friendly and helpful.

In the flat was a detailed booklet with touristic tips inside and outside the walls - a lot of which we tried and were totally satisfied. The rooms are fully equipped and nicely furnished. The quality of the towels was above normal standards, the whole flat was super clean. All organisational aspects (communication, arrival instructions, check-in etc.) were perfectly managed. The location ist absolutly recommendable and we would book it again for future tuscan Holidays.
