Un elegante e completamente ristrutturato appartamento panoramico con stupende viste e un'ampia terrazza sul tetto situato vicino a Piazza San Michele, Via Fillungo, la Stazione ferroviaria e il Parcheggio.
La posizione non potrebbe essere migliore ed è un sogno per gli amanti dell'arte.
Gli edifici adiacenti presentano architetture dal Medioevo al Barocco e le principali piazze del centro sono raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata!
Divano ad L, un tappeto su misura su un pavimento in legno lucidato, scaffalature e mobili su misura con TV a parete e un camino in legno, nonché diverse finestre che si affacciano sulle magnifiche torri medievali di Lucca come la TORRE GUINIGI.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dotata di un'ampia gamma di utensili da cucina. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono fornite.
I due bagni hanno entrambi le docce. L'aria condizionata e una connessione internet molto affidabile completano l'elenco delle attrezzature.
L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano e richiede di salire tre rampe di scale per raggiungerlo, più un'ulteriore rampa all'interno dell'appartamento, per un totale di 62 gradini. Si prega di notare che non è presente un ascensore.

We liked this apartment but not as much as the other two (Uccellini and Casa Santa Croce). The stairs were a real struggle for us with our health issues. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we really loved the balcony.

We enjoyed the staff from Lucca Apartments and Villas and came to think of them as our friends/family-always there to help us if needed. We would highly recommend your service to all. When we return to Lucca we definitely need to research apartments with less stairs or a lift (elevator)...I'm sure ground floor apartments are few and far between in such a beautiful medieval city. Thank you so much Cristina, Elizabeth and Manuel and all the staff. You helped make our 3 months in Lucca such a wonderful experience and our dream would be to one day maybe live there! The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped for a simple meal. Pizza’s from the pizzeria at the Via Elisa at the terrace was a highlight of a perfect visit to lovely lucca. Since the apartment is within Zona Traffico Limitato you cannot get there by car. We dropped the luggage near the gate, one of us parked the car and we walked the last 400 m to the apartment, not far at all. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A beautiful appartement in the historic heart of Lucca. We enjoyed our stay, especially the rooftop terrace and the short ways to restaurants, shops and the attactions of the city. In the flat was a detailed booklet with touristic tips inside and outvedi di più
A beautiful appartement in the historic heart of Lucca. We enjoyed our stay, especially the rooftop terrace and the short ways to restaurants, shops and the attactions of the city. In the flat was a detailed booklet with touristic tips inside and outside the walls - a lot of which we tried and were totally satisfied. The rooms are fully equipped and nicely furnished. The quality of the towels was above normal standards, the whole flat was super clean. All organisational aspects (communication, arrival instructions, check-in etc.) were perfectly managed. The location ist absolutly recommendable and we would book it again for future tuscan Holidays.
