They were exceptional in terms of their responsiveness and professionalism. This was our second time using this company in Lucca and we will certainly stay with them on our next trip! There was only one dish towel and there were no trash bin bags after we threw away our trash once, which meant that we could not properly throw away the last trash in bathrooms. Also, it would be appreciated to have at minimum some coffee, a small bottle of olive oil and a bottle of water just like I had at the last property (Casa Santa Zita) last summer. While we were ready to buy our groceries and food, the items described above are sort of basic. Thank you.

Casa Beta is a well appointed apartment with an excellent layout for two couples to share. The location is excellent- very central to all the wonderful sights of Lucca but in a quiet side road with little traffic or noise.
