They were exceptional in terms of their responsiveness and professionalism. This was our second time using this company in Lucca and we will certainly stay with them on our next trip! Also, it would be appreciated to have at minimum some coffee, a small bottle of olive oil and a bottle of water just like I had at the last property (Casa Santa Zita) last summer. While we were ready to buy our groceries and food, the items described above are sort of basic. Thank you.
