The unobstructed view from the patio and pool area of the ocean never cease to amaze me. Mario was always available if there were questions. The service was very good.

This is truly the bella villa! We arrived early and Mario was kind enough to let us take possession early. The villa is well situated to provide an exceptional view of the ocean. Sunrises and sunsets are extraordinary from poolside. The villa is extremely well appointed, the beds are very comfortable with nice linens, and the furnishings are sophisticated and chic. Mario, our host, was very responsive. This is an outstanding villa. It is a short, but steep walk into Ottiolu where there are many restaurants and bars.

The location of the villa is fantastic. It is close to many beautiful beaches, - La Cinta at San Teodoro, Cala Ganone and Cala Luna to name a few. There are wineries close by for tastings and lunch.

The spa bathroom is located next to the outside shower off the patio with the dining room table. We used the grill which worked out well for our steaks and fish. Local grocery had very good meat. Great air flow with the windows open. Washer worked well. Air-conditioning in each room for those that prefer it,blows cold,useful at night when the bugs come out. Nice neighborhood. Can’t beat the views and peaceful area.

Walked into Ottiolu every morning for coffee (it's a hilly walk) and explored lots of towns and beaches from this home base. Perfect weather was a bonus!

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit erfrischendem Pool vor der Veranda. Der Blick auf das mehr begeistert jedesmal aufs Neue, wenn man am Morgen die Terrasse betritt. Der Autostellplatz direkt am Haus ist sehr willkommen. Schön wäre es noch, wenn die Fenster bekijk meer
Eine sehr schöne Villa mit erfrischendem Pool vor der Veranda. Der Blick auf das mehr begeistert jedesmal aufs Neue, wenn man am Morgen die Terrasse betritt. Der Autostellplatz direkt am Haus ist sehr willkommen. Schön wäre es noch, wenn die Fenster Moskitonetze hätten, dann könnte man nachts die Fenster hinter den Fensterläden offen lassen. Aber Dank der Klimaanlage kann man die Zimmer schon tagsüber kühl halten. Marina hat tolle Tipps für gute Bäckereien in der Umgebung, allerdings fährt man zum nächsten Ort ca. 7 km. Insgesamt aber kein Problem, bei der Gelegenheit gleich den ersten Cappuccino im Straßencafé 😎 Grundsätzlich sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder, dann aber mindestens 2 Wochen! ☀️🏊♂️
