Located just 75 meters from a supermarket, it is convenient for easily stocking up on supplies. The sandy beach is 500 meters away, allowing you to enjoy the sun and sea within walking distance. Additionally, the town center is 1,000 meters away, providing access to shops, restaurants, and local entertainment.
The apartment enjoys a lovely street view from its 55 m² and is situated in a family-friendly residential complex. With an elevator for added convenience, the furnished terrace is perfect for outdoor dining. It also features a communal pool and a children's pool, providing options for water fun.
The accommodation includes a fully-equipped American kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer. Emplacement au calme mais proche des commodités et quelques minutes de la mer, immeuble et équipements de l'appartement de qualité. La piscine est très bie entretenue, et nous avons apprécié le garage en sous sol.
