Absolutely lovely place with an incredible location, in one of the best city beaches in the World, Las Canteras.
Even so, very quiet. Magnificenct cafes and restaurants around, and all the amenities needed.

Reception was a bit shaky for us since we do not have a SIM card in our phone and the process relied heavily on a phone-Internet connection.
Finally "Raúl" arrived promptly and saved the day (thanks to some local friends who called).

We had a great stay in this place and especially enjoyed the amazing terrace and the location directly next to the beach. The communication was a bit pushy, as we were contacted from different sides about an appointment for maintenance issues.

The only downside was the WiFi did not work half of the trip and the place is a lot smaller than expected. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Die Wohnung ist Teil eines normalen Wohnhauses und unter den freundlichen Nachbarn, die über die Balkonbrüstung hinweg grüßen, fühlt man sich gleich gut integriert.

We really enjoyed our vacation in this apartment. The location is very central . You have a supermarket, food stuff directly around you. The balcony is so nice even in the evening, when it‘s a bit windy and you still want to enjoy the sunset. We will miss this incredible view.

The flat also is pretty empty compared to average service Airbnb’s (only two paper rolls for 7 days, no hands soap, no welcome pack etc). The overall experience was nice and recommended.
