We had a very good time in the apartment. It has the best possible location. The train station is five blocks away (about 8 min walk). We had a car, so the parking was essential. So we could make day trips to many wonderful towns in this part of TuscVisa mer
We had a very good time in the apartment. It has the best possible location. The train station is five blocks away (about 8 min walk). We had a car, so the parking was essential. So we could make day trips to many wonderful towns in this part of Tuscany, and use trains to go to Florence, Pisa and some other places where parking is a problem, very convenient. Lucca is a beautiful town, but we prefer to stay in more open and light place, than in narrow and dark streets of old town - totally our personal preference. No problems with check-in, Chiara was very informative, professional and friendly. Five min walk to the wall. There are a lot of good restaurants , several supermarkets inside the wall.

It’s a perfect place to be if one wishes to visit a many of Tuscany’s beautiful locations and also enjoy the nearby beaches. The private parking makes it easy to come and go and if one does not have a car, the train station is just down the road.
We were met by Manuel for check in and she was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. |

Such a beautiful apartment just outside the walls of Lucca and within easy walking distance of everything you need - cafes, local shops, restaurants etc. Having a parking space was really useful and being so close to the coast means you can explore Lucca as well as beach towns nearby. The apartment is immaculately clean with plenty of storage and lovely views. It's very cosy and comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Small lift also great for pram /shopping / luggage. Communication was great - we requested a cot for our toddler and though it wasn't there on arrival, a brand new travel cot was dropped off within a few hours. We would highly recommend and hope to return!

The accommodation is very well located with private parking for one car. Within 5 minutes walking you reach the wall so it's really perfect!! Around the apartment there are two very nice bakeries and there is a big supermarket within a 5 minute drive. The apartment is big and well suited for 4 people. It's overall comfortable (nice big couches!) and modern. The airconditioning works really well! Also the WiFi is strong. The appartement is very clean so that's nice as well. The cleaning lady helped with our luggage when we left. Super friendly! The apartment is really excellent.

This place is such a great spot to explore the beautiful city Lucca. You can walk everywhere. It’s perfect for day trips to Pisa(20 min w/car), Florenz (1,5h w/car) and the beach (30 min w/cartrain). Also there is a pharmacy next to the apartment andVisa mer
This place is such a great spot to explore the beautiful city Lucca. You can walk everywhere. It’s perfect for day trips to Pisa(20 min w/car), Florenz (1,5h w/car) and the beach (30 min w/cartrain). Also there is a pharmacy next to the apartment and many grocery shops. By 5-10 min walk you have very nice bar‘s and restaurants. The apartment is just like the pictures. The private park made everything easier specially when you come back from a long day trip and you don’t have to look for a parking spot at the streets. Sidrak was all the time very nice and helpful for us!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und Maria Pia hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen.

The apartment on Viale San Concordio was a great place to have as our base during 6 day stay in Lucca. Although it wasn’t within the walled city, it was just a short walk into the city through a pleasant neighborhood with nice cafes, shops, and restaurants. A major supermarket was located about a 12 to 15 minute walk from the apartment. There was even a hardware store that we were able to take advantage of during our stay. The apartment itself had all of the amenities that we needed. It was very clean, homey, and well decorated. The location was great and very peaceful and quiet. It had a nice kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a very nice covered patio where we had coffee in the morning and vino at night! The living room area was equipped with a very nice television and audio system. The Wifi worked great!!! The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious with lots of closet space! The bathrooms were very spacious as well with nice showers! One of nicest aspects of staying in Mrs. Sonia’s apartments is interacting with his delightful and helpful staff. Ms. Lucia, our host, was very friendly, gracious, and very helpful with information about Lucca. We also took advantage of having a cooking lesson with Chef Cristina who is so knowledgeable about food, cooking techniques, and especially helpful about the Lucca area. We had a lesson with her the last time we were stayed in Lucca two years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was joy to see our friend, Cristina, again to cook and share a nice meal and were delighted to meet and get to know her husband, Paolo, when we met to plan our lesson and meal. We would not hesitate at all to book this apartmentany other apartment made available by Mrs. Sonia the next time we visit Lucca!!!

The walk to the walls of Lucca is quick and the street offers everything you need for your stay. There are bakeries, meat and produce markets, even a pharmacy and hardware store. I hope to return soon and would not hesitate to book this wonderful apartment again!
