The host, Daniela, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, even assisting us with a flat tire after check-out! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had a fantastic BBQ night, making the most of the beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a perfect holiday spot with excellent amenities and a wonderful host. We’d highly recommend this villa for a relaxing group getaway in Tuscany! |

The villa was big enough for 4 different families, it was located with a nice view over the mountains and hills, air conditioning functioned well in all rooms, the pool was nice, depsite the bad weather, the facilities to make your own meals were good, and the two chefs who made the anniversary dinner were excellent too! A short drive and you could reach the old town Lucca and all the castles and vineyards nearby.

We truly appreciated all the thoughtfulness from the host…from her wonderful hospitality and delightful welcome Italian cake to all the finite details invested into the space. She’s thought of everything and provides it so conveniently! The home interior finishes truly made it a home retreat away from home. We’ll be back…as we didn’t want to leave. Grazi, Grazi, Grazi!

We all truly recommend this wonderful place! We would recommend renting a car/going by car since the villa is located on the countryside. The only feedback we could give to the owner/host is that it would be very helpful to have a list in English of the recycling rules (garbage) because it was very hard to understand the Italian one that was at the house. Other than that, everything was perfect including the WiFi, pool, beddings etc. Bath towels were also included which is also a huge plus.

We had a great stay with 12 people at Villa Asti. The place is exactly as advertised and the communication with Daniela was very pleasant.
I would advise to rent a car if you want to visit some villages in the neighbourhood.

Mrs Daniela provided lots of hints before we went, which was useful Lucca Apartments and Villas Team and Mrs Daniela both really helpful whilst we were on holiday. City centre approx 15 mins by car & bars/restaurants approx 10 mins. Local supermaket really well stocked & not expensive (not the usual holiday maker rip off!) Used by the locals so very good. If you are looking for a lively holiday, this is not for you. We wanted 2 weeks of sun, sea & rest & that's exactley what we had. We were so impressed, we are looking at booking again next year & we have never been back to the same place before!!! Thanks Phil & Cynthia for a really enjoyable holiday

We cannot begin to say how impressed I and my brother were with both the villa and the hospitality of the owners letting us stay in such an unbelievable beautiful villa. I was bowled over by the warmth of my hosts. The first off visit to Lucca was more impressive than we could have imagined anyway, but to be living with impressive views overt the Walls and the cathedral was an experience we shall never forget. It was the greatest holiday we have ever had. What also was a winner for me is how this villa was a great place to sit and stop, relax and be quiet away from the hustle and bustle - peaceful and alluring in the chills of the summer, I imagine the joys of its future guests to only enhance it. This is authentic Tuscany away from the guide books and in to a place i can only but recommend. I will be back to you soon! thanks
