Précieuse propriété avec piscine pour 4 personnes au pied de la Sierra de Tramuntana.
La finca romantique d'une superficie totale de 7000 mètres carrés est située de manière totalement privée entre Pollensa et Sa Pobla, sur l'ancien chemin de Pollensa à Campanet. Ici, vous pourrez ressentir le calme le plus absolu. Pollensa est à environ 6 km et il y a des supermarchés, des restaurants et plus de possibilités de shopping un peu plus près, à Sa Pobla ou Campanet.
À environ 8 km de la plage de Puerto de Alcudia ou de Puerto de Pollensa, des kilomètres de plages de sable blanc vous attendent.
La maison de campagne a deux chambres, l'une avec un lit de mariage et l'autre avec un lit simple et un lit superposé. Il y a une salle de bain équipée d'une baignoire. Dans la zone combinée salon-salle à manger se trouve la cuisine entièrement équipée et la grande table de salle à manger. Il y a aussi des canapés confortables pour se détendre le soir. Il y a un téléviseur avec lecteur DVD/CD, et une connexion Internet a également été installée. L'électricité de la maison est fournie par des panneaux solaires installés sur le toit.
Devant la propriété, il y a une terrasse partiellement couverte avec plusieurs zones de repos confortables. De là, on a une vue imprenable sur la grande piscine avec des transats de haute qualité et les montagnes en arrière-plan. Dans le jardin bien entretenu, vous trouverez de nombreuses plantes et arbres méditerranéens. Pour les soirées sociales, il y a un barbecue en plein air.
Une belle ferme dans une grande zone avec une capacité pour 5 personnes.

It is a well equipped villa and the company that manages the property are responsive and communicated well with us before and during our stay. The pool is a lifesaver in August to escape the heat. It gets deep quickly so great for getting some swimming done. Wish we had packed some bug spray though as the mosquitos did tend to find us on an evening if we hung out by the pool at night. The only thing missing from the villa is air con (as others have mentioned in previous reviews). There are fans in the bedrooms though which helped massively. Really hope to return one day 🙂

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Insbesondere der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist umwerfend. Die einsame Lage im Hinterland von Pollenca macht den Aufenthalt besonders. Ein Auto muss man definitiv haben. Der Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt. plus
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Insbesondere der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist umwerfend. Die einsame Lage im Hinterland von Pollenca macht den Aufenthalt besonders. Ein Auto muss man definitiv haben. Der Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt. Ein Frühstück unter dem schattigen Eingangsdach oder am Poolrand bieten sich an. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht.

Das Haus ist traumhaft Gelegen für jeden der Ruhe mag und den Blick in die Berge liebt. Wir waren dort als Paar und haben es sehr genossen abseits des Touristenzentrums.

Das Haus ist traumhaft Gelegen für jeden der Ruhe mag und den Blick in die Berge liebt. Wir waren dort als Paar und haben es sehr genossen abseits des Touristenzentrums.
Ohne Leihwagen ist man allerdings aufgeschmissen. Mit dem Auto haben wir viele Ausflüge gemacht, das geht prima. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen oder eine Famiele sehr gut geeignet. Unser Check in war etwas durcheinenader. Man Checkt selbst ein, Schlüssel liegt in einem Safe mit Code, das wurde uns allerdings nicht gesagt und der Code fehlte, nach einem Anruf bekamen wir dann aber alles. Die Agentur die sich um das Haus kümmert ist bei Problemen auch sofort ansprechbar und kümmert sich sofort. Der Garten hätte bei dem Preis etwas mehr gepflegt sein können und Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Shampoo etc wären auch nett gewesen als Grundausstattung. Außerdem hatten wir im Oktober sehr große Probleme mit Mücken, nach einer Woche hatte ich 50 Sticke und mein Freund 70 obwohl wir arg drauf geachtet haben, die Türen zu zu haben und kein Licht an, Kerzen aufgestellt haben und lange Kleidung an hatten, die Dinger stecken selbst durch Hosen. Wir haben dann am Ende Abends sogar drinnen gegessen. Insgesamt aber würden wir die Finca sofort weiterempfehlen und kommen gern wieder, zu einer Zeit wo weniger Moskitos da sind... :) |

As good as it looks in the pictures. Home is managed but owner is super responsive and helpful with making sure our stay was comfortable. Very hot in August, but that is to be expected!

die persönliche Betreuung hat gegenüber unserer letzten Besuche der Finca 2015 und 2016 leider nachgelassen. Kein einziger persönlicher oder tel. Kontakt während unserer Aufenthalts. Auf unsere Bitte vor Abreplus
Grundsätzlich hat alles funktioniert nur
die persönliche Betreuung hat gegenüber unserer letzten Besuche der Finca 2015 und 2016 leider nachgelassen. Kein einziger persönlicher oder tel. Kontakt während unserer Aufenthalts. Auf unsere Bitte vor Abreise die Finca am Abreisetag bis 13 Uhr benützen zu dürfen wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Schade |

Perfecta para descansar, con todas las comodidades y hermoso lugar afuera. Tener en cuenta que está retirada (lo cual es excelente por su tranquilidad ) pero el pueblo más cercano está a unos 10 km.

Fabulous location, peaceful setting but really accessible to the towns and supermarkets. Beaches are gorgeous. Pool was amazing. Great communication from the team. We would come again if there was air con... the fan's were ok just would have been morplus

This is a really lovely location.
The swimming pool is really deep which was great for us as we are all strong swimmers. The villa is very rustic and comfortable. For a family this was perfect. The kids loved it. Allwe could hear ere the tingling beplus

Allwe could hear ere the tingling bells of the goats on the local farm. It is peaceful and really beautiful and I felt very at home here. At night it is pretty hot and there are fans in the bedroom. My bedroom fan was pretty noisy and I struggled a bit with sleeping as it was a fight between being too hottoo noisy. I preferred too hot, but my husband preferred too noisy! Either way it was still a gorgeous place. There were loads of towels, but you need to bring your own toilet roll, cleaning products and bin bags etc. Stunning and peaceful, family friendly location. A quick drive to beautiful beaches and towns." |

We had a fabulous time at this finca.
The location is stunning, rural and very peaceful, flanked by beautiful mountains with farmland all round.
The finca itself is very well equipped and comfortable. The highlight for us was the lovely garden anplus

The highlight for us was the lovely garden and pool. We couldn’t get the kids out of it! The Satnav took us right to the bottom of the driveway so super easy to find (the property is the first building on the left). Property agent was very helpful and available 24/7. |
