COTTAGE NANNI ist eines jener Bauernhäuser in der Toskana, die mühelose Romantik und Entspannung versprechen.
Es genießt eine glückselige rustikale Umgebung, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Dorf PESCIA entfernt. Die Luft rund um das Anwesen duftet nach Zypressen und Olivenbäumen, die in Hülle und Fülle in den umzäunten Terrassengärten wachsen.
Im Inneren ist die Landhausküche wunderschön mit traditionellen Möbeln, Holzbalken und einer farbenprächtigen Terrakottawand dekoriert. Die Wände und Oberflächen des gemütlichen Wohnzimmers nebenan sind mit Kunstwerken und Antiquitäten gesäumt. Ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, das mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist, und eine wunderschöne Veranda mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Garten vervollständigen das Haus.
Das Haus verfügt über einen weiteren Garderobenraum.
Eine große Veranda, die von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer zugänglich ist, ist als Ess- und Sitzbereich im Freien eingerichtet und bietet über eine Holzbrücke Zugang zu einem erfrischenden Swimmingpool inmitten von Grün und Blumen.
Das Bauernhaus befindet sich auf dem Anwesen einer antiken Villa, in der die Gräfin Frau Letizia gerne Gäste empfängt und auf Anfrage Kochkurse und Hausmannskost organisiert. Das Bauernhaus ist voll klimatisiert und eine sehr zuverlässige WIFI-Verbindung wird von der nationalen Telefongesellschaft bereitgestellt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer großen Auswahl an Kochutensilien und Geräten: ein Paradies für Feinschmecker!

We hebben een zeer aangenaam rustig verblijf gehad in cottage nanni.
De accomodatie was top,zeer proper en van alles voorzien rustige ligging. Lucca op 20km, Montecarlo heel pittoresk dorpje op 5km.
San Gimignano op +/- 60km alsook Firenze allemaal zmehr anzeigen

San Gimignano op +/- 60km alsook Firenze allemaal zeer de moeite om te bezoeken. De gastvrouw Leatitzia heeft 2 maal de menu voor ons klaargemaakt met de bijpassende lekkere wijn. Dit was fabulously lekker,kortom genoten Een aanrader om je vakantie door te brengen Kortom het was een top vakantie in Pescia in cottage nanni️ |

I stayed for a month. The cottage was the perfect size, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. It was the perfect distance to allow for easy day trips to Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa, Florence and MonteCarlo. The train station is 5 minutes away allmehr anzeigen

It was the perfect distance to allow for easy day trips to Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa, Florence and MonteCarlo. The train station is 5 minutes away allowing for an easy trip to Cinque Terre. The hosts were friendly and more than willing to drive me to and from the train station. Highly recommend getting a car to explore the area. I think Cottage Nanni was a magical place and perfect for a respite in Tuscany.

This was by far my favourite air B&B in Italy. The house was beautifully designed and had the most breath taking back drop - it was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. It is a 30 min drive from a town called Lucca, which I also loved. It has beautifulmehr anzeigen

It is a 30 min drive from a town called Lucca, which I also loved. It has beautiful shops and scenery - that I would recommend exploring. Florence is about an hour drive away and there is also a great grocery store 6 min away. We stayed four days in this lovely space and I didn’t want to leave!! I highly recommend this spot to anyone who prefers not to be in the hustle bustle of the city and is looking for a beautifully Tuscan hideaway. Will definitely go back!

Would highly recommend. We had the most amazing stay here for 5 nights and could have easily stayed longer! Filippo who manages the accommodation was very helpful, as was the owner. The accommodation is just beautiful from the decor too the views outmehr anzeigen

This place was absolutely perfect. The cottage was large and roomy with plenty of space. We enjoyed the full kitchen where we did cook many meals with local ingredients. We were happy to be able to park easily and to come and go through locked gatmehr anzeigen

We were happy to be able to park easily and to come and go through locked gate - very secure. Pescia is a great location for day trips through Tuscany. We did all Cinque Terre one day and did a full trip through Chianti region as well on another day. It was easy to drive to Lucca and park to visit the walled city. The host and the owner were very helpful and nice. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is going to visit this part of Italy. We WILL be coming back!

Everything is within short driving distance and I recommend doing a tasting Tentu ADAMO. The place was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Love this place would definitely be back!

Villa Nanni is a very cute place to relax for a couple days. October is certainly not the best time to travel there, since the tile floor is super cold. But in summer that’s probably real nice ) The rooms appear brighter in the pictures than they aremehr anzeigen

The location is perfect for day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence etc. All in all it’s a really cute house with a nice sunny terrace and beautiful details all over the house. Reading a few of the earlier reviews... the parking spot is absolutely fine and no problem to get in and out (at all)

The Villa is completely private, tasteful and stylish and perfectly located to explore Tuscany, we did day trips to Pisa, Florence, Siena and even Venice although 2.5hr drive away). The local town of Pescia is very sleepy however had all the amenities you require, a great supermarket is less than a 10mi walk as is the train station. If you are looking for a romantic break for two in Tuscany, you honestly need look no further. Plus I resd a few negative comments around the gate and parking, I had absolutely no issue parking at all in quite a big car.

Before making the reservation, I read the comments. The comment that the cottage is in the middle of an industrial area is very much exagerated. OK, Pescia is not San GimignanoSiena, but then you can have 2 huge Aperol Spritz in the town center with mehr anzeigen
Before making the reservation, I read the comments. The comment that the cottage is in the middle of an industrial area is very much exagerated. OK, Pescia is not San GimignanoSiena, but then you can have 2 huge Aperol Spritz in the town center with cheese and nuts for €5, which is not imaginable in San Gimignano. From the garden and terrace you don’t see anything of this industry. The cottage is set in a wonderful big garden with the Tuscan hills in the back. The remark about the difficult parking possibility is not really correct either. OK, it needs a bit of a manoeuvre to have the car parked the way you can get out easily afterwards again, but you have plenty of time to get in and out. The remark about the owner who only speaks Italian may be true, but that adds only to the genuine experience. Moreover there is always someone of the agency to contact for questions. Up to you to learn a few words of Italian ! For us the cottage was a wonderful piece of heaven. Interior was decorated with so much, perfectly Italian, style. Interior big and the terrace even bigger in a marvelous private garden. We even saw deer there. Ok, the pool is not big, but then you have your own private small pool, which in time of Covid is worth a lot.

I looked far and wide for a place to stay that would fit into my idea of Tuscany. When I saw this cottage, I loved how it was Tuscan but also very modern and knew we had to stay here. It is so tastefully decorated and is exactly as pictured. The locamehr anzeigen
I looked far and wide for a place to stay that would fit into my idea of Tuscany. When I saw this cottage, I loved how it was Tuscan but also very modern and knew we had to stay here. It is so tastefully decorated and is exactly as pictured. The location is in a smaller town about half hour train ride from Lucca and one hour train ride from Florence. We stayed here as a base for exploring Lucca and Florence, then moved on to a road trip of the rest of Tuscany. We had a car, but we could have easily gotten around by foot and train since the station is about a 10 minute walk from the cottage. Everything was very clean, and there were a lot of useful amenities (fully stocked kitchen, towels, robe, washer, water, etc.). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a modern Tuscan stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days at this unique little villa. The photos accurately portray the space, although it was darker inside than the photos show. It was very, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The outside space is magical and themehr anzeigen
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days at this unique little villa. The photos accurately portray the space, although it was darker inside than the photos show. It was very, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The outside space is magical and the kitchen was equipped with everything, and we especially appreciated the outdoor grill. The listing is managed by Sidrak, there is another person who is there to introduce you to the countess, who greeted us warmly but within a few minutes asked when we were leaving and if we could leave an hour before the posted check-out time. Then she left, and the other woman gives you the guided tour and lots of helpful advice for where to go etc. The pool is tiny and above ground as others have noted but we enjoyed in nonetheless and had lovely evening swims that were memorable. There is a lovely dog on the property and few adorable cats too. We hope to be back one day!

A lovely little place outside of a small town in Tuscany. We enjoyed the quiet, swimming in the pool and generally being off the beaten path. We definitely recommend having a car as it would’ve been quite difficult to do any major day trips without omehr anzeigen

The perfect place to relax and visit Tuscany. Everything was perfect. Even more beautiful in person than on the pictures. The cottage is very clean and kitchen is fully equipped. The place is really quiet and the owner is very welcoming. We were sad mehr anzeigen

We stayed for 4 nights. The host and owner were very friendly and accommodating. The owner lived on the premises, but we didn't see them at all. Accessible from the village and train station.Train station from Florence/Lucca/Pisa etc is only a 7 minumehr anzeigen
We stayed for 4 nights. The host and owner were very friendly and accommodating. The owner lived on the premises, but we didn't see them at all. Accessible from the village and train station.Train station from Florence/Lucca/Pisa etc is only a 7 minute walk. You do not need to rent a car from Florence to stay here, in fact if returning (which we would love to do) we would not rent a car! Lucca is 20 minute train ride - Pisa 40 minutes for approx. 7 euros/pp. Back to the cottage - The view is beautiful, the house immaculate. The terrace has inviting and comfortable spaces for dining out and enjoying the countryside. The entire cottage is well appointed, with full kitchen and amenities. Lovely lounging spaces - the sun room was a definitely highlight! Many mornings and evenings spent there. Lots of storage space for clothing etc. I would have liked to stay longer!
