La maison se trouve dans une petite forêt, grâce à cela il fait frais à l'interieur même pendant les mois d'été. Le centre ville de Camaiore est accessible à pied, et les autres lieux touristiques comme plages, Lucques et Florence sont facilement accessibles en voiture.
