Hier ist die Arbeit bereits erledigt, und Sie können Ihren Urlaub genießen und die charmante traditionelle Architektur und modernen Annehmlichkeiten dieser Luxus-Ferienwohnung in Camaiore erleben, die sich auf halber Strecke zwischen Lucca und den Stränden der Toskana befindet. Entspannen Sie sich einfach in den privaten Gärten mit Blick auf die Hügel mit Familie und Freunden oder nutzen Sie die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung von Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre und Florenz zu erkunden.
Eine Steinstraße wird Sie aus der mittelalterlichen Stadt Camaiore in die Hügel und bis zum Tor dieses romantischen, für die Flitterwochen geeigneten Anwesens führen. Seine Terrasse und Pergola bieten ungehinderte Ausblicke auf die Landschaft, während Bäume und Hecken die Gärten verbergen, sodass Sie sich wie der Einzige auf Meilen und Meilen fühlen werden, wenn Sie in den privaten Pool eintauchen oder eine Mahlzeit am Barbecue von Weber und im holzbefeuerten Pizzaofen zubereiten.
Obwohl Villa Label noch immer ihr klassisches gefliestes Dach, Steinmauern und -böden, Tonnengewölbe- und Balkendecken sowie weite Feuerstelle hat, bringen ihre Einrichtungen die Villa komfortabel in die moderne Zeit. Gemütliche Sofas laden zum Verweilen in den beiden Wohnzimmern mit Kamin und mehreren französischen Fenstern ein, die den üppigen Garten rundum überblicken, der Esstisch bietet Platz für zehn Personen und es gibt sogar einen Frühstückstisch auf einer schattigen, versteckten Terrasse außerhalb der voll ausgestatteten Küche.
Die Villa verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer. Das obere Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügen jeweils über ein Kingsize-Bett und beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Sat-TV mit internationalen Kanälen und eine sehr zuverlässige WLAN-Verbindung fehlen nicht.
In der Nähe der Strände von Lido di Camaiore (nur 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit entfernt), Forte dei Marmi und Viareggio gelegen, befindet sich Villa Label nur wenige Fahrminuten außerhalb der Hügelstadt Camaiore, die mittelalterliche Wurzeln mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie Supermärkten und einer Auswahl an Geschäften und maßgeschneiderten Restaurants verbindet. Unternehmen Sie einen Tagesausflug nach Pisa oder Florenz oder an die Küste von Livorno und das atemberaubende Bolgheri oder nach Lucca, das nur 15 Fahrminuten von der Ferienvilla entfernt ist.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Label for four nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The interior of the house is decorated with exceptional taste, featuring carefully selected antique pieces that make the entire home feel like a beautiful private museum. The owners clearly have an exquisite eye for design, and every corner of the villa reflects their refined aesthetic.
The garden is a true haven of peace and beauty – perfectly maintained, full of charm, and equipped with plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, making it ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying meals under the Tuscan sun. Apart from the gentle sound of birdsong, there is absolute silence, which made our stay incredibly peaceful. The swimming pool is also wonderful – clean, inviting, and set in such a picturesque environment that it feels like something out of a dream. This was actually the third property we rented through Lucca Apartments and Villas, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. Interestingly, Italy wasn’t even part of our original travel plan this year, but the moment we saw the pictures of this villa, we instantly fell in love with it – and we’re so glad we did! It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made, and it reminded us once again how much we trust this company. We would absolutely book any of their properties with complete confidence. A special thanks to Claudia, the property manager, who was extremely kind. |

The house itself has a very nice style and there is plenty of space for 7+ people. We really enjoyed the big garden and the pool. As already noted in other reviews, the neighbours dogs can be loud in the evening. However we were lucky and they only barked the first night - the following nights were quiet. We arrived by car, and I can only recommend everyone to do this too, so we could easily visit the nearby towns like Lucca. Also the beach is just a 10 minute ride by car. Conclusion: a beautiful house with a lot of possibilities for activities in a nice surrounding. We would come back at any time 😊 |

We had a magical time at the house, it’s more than perfect, well decorated and well furnished. The owner is very reactive we had an issue with the air conditionning and a technician was there in two hours. the region is also very nice to visit and thmehr anzeigen

Big cooker for those that eat in. Charcoal kettle bbq was great, but needs some attention to the handle which was loose. Taxis into Camaiore proved difficult to get. Camaiore is a quiet village/town, very traditional, and with some great restaurants and cafes. Some other super places to eat in the area with fantastic mountain/valley views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is in a rural setting 20 mins from the beach and nearby to little towns. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Marignana, the check-in and -out were flawless and our contact person Elisabetta was super nice and helped us whenever we needed something.
The Villa is in a calm neighboring village next to Camaiore and is very close to Vimehr anzeigen

The Villa is in a calm neighboring village next to Camaiore and is very close to Viareggio, Lucca and Pisa. There are also a couple of delicious restaurants in the vicinity which serve very good Pizza and Pasta. We‘ll surely think about coming back next year! |

We had a magical time at the house, it’s more than perfect, well decorated and well furnished. The owner is very reactive we had an issue with the air conditionning and a technician was there in two hours. the region is also very nice to visit and thmehr anzeigen

We will be back for sure !

We had a great time. Your hospitality was wonderful – we felt so welcome. Villa Label is simply awesome. We had so much fun sitting by the pool, eating dinners around the table and touring around Tuscany… Pictures will never show the beauty of the vimehr anzeigen
