Si bien el correo de confirmación de reserva lo señalaba, no nos parece del todo justificado cobrar un recargo de 30 euros por "llegada fuera de horario", cuando la realidad es que recogimos la llave en un buzón situado fuera de la propia oficina. Por lo demás, muy satisfechos con el alojamiento y la atención recibida.
