Welcome to GREEN MAR F 104, a cosy modern apartment located in Pals, perfectly designed for families seeking a comfortable and relaxing holiday. This 70 m² accommodation offers an ideal residential experience in a complex specially designed for families.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, providing the necessary space for the whole family to enjoy a pleasant stay. The layout includes 3 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, guaranteeing comfort for all guests.
The American-style ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, as well as all the crockery and cutlery. Ideal for preparing family meals during your stay.
The apartment has WiFi connection to stay connected, television and iron for greater comfort. Sheets are included in the rental price, with the option to add towels for a small supplement.
Enjoy private and shared outdoor spaces: terrace, garden with garden furniture, and access to the communal swimming pool with children's area, perfect for children to have fun safely whilst adults relax.
The location is exceptional for families: just 150 metres from the golf course, 700 metres from the nearest supermarket, 900 metres from the beautiful sandy beach, 25 kilometres from Flaçà train station and 45 kilometres from Girona airport.
The covered car park is located in the adjacent building, offering security for your vehicle. Maximum height allowed: 1.90 metres.
Important note: Pets, youth groups and events are not permitted at the accommodation. Check-in time: between 16:00 and 17:00. Check-out time: before 10:00.

Nos ha gustado el apartamento amplio, las instalaciones y la piscina. Todo muy cuidado. El tipo de turismo también cabe destacarlo porque era muy tranquilo y respetuoso.
Repetiriamos sin dudar si el problema del cochón se soluciona.

El apartamente estaba muy bien pero nos ha amargado las vacaciones el colchón de la cama de matrimonio..... era mas pequeño que el somier y te golpeabas continuamente. Y lo peor es que era ultra fino, te clavabas los muelles constantente. Tuvimos qusee more

Una pena porque todo lo demas era perfecto, pero dormir tan mal afecta mucho.
