Located just 900 meters from Pals beach, this modern and cozy 70 m² accommodation features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped American kitchen, and a living-dining room that opens onto a pleasant terrace with views of the garden and communal area. It is the ideal space to enjoy outdoor meals and relax in a natural setting.
One of the great attractions of this apartment is its magnificent communal area, surrounded by vegetation, with spacious gardens and a large pool for adults, as well as a children's pool, perfect for families with children. The environment conveys tranquility and well-being, offering a familiar and relaxed atmosphere where you can completely disconnect.
The location is also excellent: very close to the golf course, supermarkets, and the charming old town of Pals, with easy access to the Flaçà train station and Girona airport. The apartment has an elevator, garden furniture, balcony, iron, television, and a covered parking space in the same building, all designed to make you feel at home.
