Come suggerisce il nome, THE LUXURY BEACH VILLA si trova proprio sulla Via Aurelia Sud, appena fuori Viareggio e di fronte alla pineta di fronte alle spiagge della Darsena e della Lecciona. Questa accogliente villa fienile della riviera italiana inizia perché significa continuare con una facciata luminosa che annuncia il suo carattere giocoso.
Un tempo casa di pescatori, fu una delle prime proprietà costruite qui nella Marina agli inizi del 1900. Ristrutturato con interni audaci, 2 ospiti possono soggiornare comodamente qui in una camera da letto dal design accattivante. Ogni camera offre interni dal design davvero carully che danno un'atmosfera davvero indulgente, aria condizionata, wifi e una grande piscina di 12 x 6 metri condivisa con i proprietari - un veterinario di cavalli e sua moglie ei loro 2 cuccioli - che vivono nella villa principale.
Il soggiorno, la cucina e la sala da pranzo al piano terra continuano il tema moderno, con portefinestre che si aprono sulla piscina e sulla terrazza privata arredata con tavolo da pranzo, sedie, un comodo divano a dondolo, forno a legna per pizza e barbecue.
Dopo un giro in bicicletta di 10 minuti verso la spiaggia sabbiosa, torna per un tuffo rinfrescante in piscina e goditi un aperitivo a bordo piscina prima di cenare al porto turistico o fai un salto a Forte dei Marmi o Viareggio per assaggiare i suoi numerosi caffè, ristoranti e bar: non Non perderti il pesce fresco del mercato locale! Il meglio del Mediterraneo!
Il check-in si effettua tra le 15:00 e le 20:00. È possibile effettuare il check-in posticipato con un supplemento di Euro 50 fino alle 23:00, più Euro 25 all'ora per ogni ora in più.

We really enjoyed the cottage. It is cosily decorated and all the things you need for cooking are there. It is a nice area, with nice beaches (11min drive) and beautiful cities like Pisa and Lucca. We really enjoyed the pool, the spacious bedroom andvedi di più

We really enjoyed the pool, the spacious bedroom and the cosy living room. The bathroom is not that big, but the outside shower makes up for that. You can easily park your car next to the house. We were well received by the lady who takes care of the reception. And later we had a nice conversation with the owners who live in the house next door. Everyone could make themselves understood in English, which was easy.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen, fernab aller Hektik. Der Pool war perfekt für dir warmen Verhältnisse und die Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem extra Steinoffen nicht vergessen eine eigene Pizza selber zu machen, wann bekommt manvedi di più
Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen, fernab aller Hektik. Der Pool war perfekt für dir warmen Verhältnisse und die Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem extra Steinoffen nicht vergessen eine eigene Pizza selber zu machen, wann bekommt man schon mal die Gelegenheit selber Pizzaiolo zu spielen? Ebenfalls einen recht herzlichen Dank an Beatrice für die Betreuung und guten Infos. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
