Vedute della vivace città di Pescia e della verdeggiante campagna vinicola toscana sono visibili dalla soleggiata terrazza della fattoria Sospirata, tra gli uliveti. In circa 15 minuti di auto si possono visitare negozi di alimentari locali, enoteche, panetterie, gelaterie, ristoranti e l'intero centro medievale con alcune delle più belle architetture della Toscana.
All'interno, uno schema di design contemporaneo crea un'atmosfera luminosa e ariosa. Soffitti a travi, pareti in pietra e accenti in legno lucidato si abbinano a una varietà di confortevoli e lussuosi arredi. Le ampie pareti di vetro lasciano entrare una grande quantità di luce naturale, illuminando lo spazio open space, l'arredamento moderno e gli oggetti vivaci che punteggiano gli interni. Cosa c'è di meglio per iniziare la giornata di una tazza di caffè appena preparata sulla terrazza riparata? Sul bordo della terrazza, gli ulivi e gli alberi da frutto si dondolano nella brezza tiepida. Nulla è più rilassante alla fine di una giornata ricca di avventure che gustare un pasto all'aperto con una deliziosa bottiglia di vino.
La casa può essere raggiunta tramite una strada stretta e in salita, lunga circa 1,5 km, con alcune curve a forcella strette. Potrebbe non essere adatta a conducenti nervosi. Ma non lasciatevi impressionare, perché ne vale davvero la pena; e dopo la prima salita si diventa subito pratici (si prega di vedere la foto nella galleria). L'area parcheggio non è adatta ad accogliere veicoli lunghi.
Suggeriamo agli ospiti di pianificare di arrivare entro le 16:00, soprattutto d'inverno, poiché la natura stretta e tortuosa della strada può rendere la guida dopo il tramonto più impegnativa e potenzialmente pericolosa.
In considerazione della posizione e della disposizione della proprietà, vi consigliamo gentilmente che potrebbe non essere adatta a famiglie con bambini piccoli.

The house is gorgeous, the view breathtaking.
Martina was very helpful.
However:
We didn’t dare going for walks since we saw a herd of wild pigs with piglets on the first day which were cool to watch( from the car) but way too dangerous if you arevedi di più

Advise people to come only with a small car. We ended up leaving 2 days earlier since the drive up and down with 13 hair pin curves was a nightmare and we had to back up each time to make it around the curve.

The kitchen could be better equiped. Sharp knives, salt, pepper, olive oil, more towels, cutting boards, plates, cups.
Also in the bathrooms and rooms there is little possibility to dry towels.

Lovely house, well appointed and beautifully presented. Lovely terrace with a great view. The drive up is a little nervy at first but you get used to it. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff at Lucca Apartments, thank you.
