Villa Sunkiss è un'incantevole dimora situata nel cuore della campagna toscana, precisamente a Montecarlo, immersa in un suggestivo contesto rurale che regala tranquillità e fascino. Questa splendida villa può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone, rendendola perfetta per famiglie o gruppi di amici che desiderano vivere un'esperienza autentica in una delle zone più suggestive della Toscana.
La villa si sviluppa su 250 metri quadrati ed è completamente attrezzata con ogni comfort. All'interno troverete 3 camere da letto con altrettanti letti matrimoniali, 4 bagni di cui 3 con doccia e 1 con solo servizi igienici. L'ampia cucina indipendente è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari: frigorifero, lavatrice, forno, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie, microonde e molto altro ancora.
Gli spazi interni sono impreziositi da dettagli come il camino e la possibilità di utilizzare ferro da stiro e connessione WiFi. L'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento a gas garantiscono il massimo comfort in ogni stagione. All'esterno, un giardino privato di 10.000 metri quadrati offre spazi per il relax, con arredi da giardino, barbecue e un'area completamente recintata.

We stayed at Villa Sun Kiss for the month of October. We had a wonderful time and our host Silvana was incredible. Also the Villa owners were so nice and even invited us to their Fall Festival to celebrate the end of harvest at their I MASI winery. Tvedi di più

many sights in Tuscany. You will definitely want to rent a car. There is a grocery store very close which was a plus. There is a bakery with wonderful pastries and paninis. So many good restaurants nearby. One caution, dryer means a drying rack as most people in the area do not have dryers like in the United States. We would highly recommend this property. |

Silvana, our host was excellent. She was quick to address any issues or questions that we had during our stay. The villa lived upto its advert. Top class accomodation in a quiet location with great views and a fabulous pool. Both pool and grounds are very well maintained on a daily basis. The pool was a wonderful place to unwind and cool off after the high temperatures when out visiting. Air conditioning throughout the villa was spot on. You do need a car, but it is perfectly located for visiting Lucca, Florence and Bologna for example, with the furthest being a 45 minute drive. To top it off the small village Montecarlo is just 10 mins away offering a variety of dinning.

This is a newly renovated Tuscany dream villa attached to a quiet small winery. We were 6 adults and 3 children (6, 12, 18 months old) and had a fantastic stay during July 2024. The house was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and wanted inside with plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor area and the pool was incredible with sun all day and magnificient unobstructed views over hills with wineries and olive trees. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, a wonderful family who helped make our time at the villa even better. Martina from Lucca Apartments & Villas was responsive and professional, she helped arrange wine tasting, massage, chefs cooking dinner for us (highly recommended with babies sleeping upstairs) and babysitter in the villa. The closest cafe is 2,5km away (OK road to run), big supermarket 7 min drive and the small town of Montecarlo is 3,3km away up and down some steep hills (also a good run). We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this villa!

This was an incredible place to stay - newly renovated with exceptionally high quality furnishings and kitchen utensils.

This was an incredible place to stay - newly renovated with exceptionally high quality furnishings and kitchen utensils.
The house is beautiful and the surroundings very scenic. Amazing pool area and outdoor furniture. Short drive to Lucca and Florence/Pisa also within an hour for day trips. Martina the property manager was super responsive and helpful and helped us organise cooking classes, a chef cooked meal and wine tastings (all on site, as the property is also a functioning biodynamic winery and olive oil producer). The only thing to be aware of is the property js actually a semi detached with the other half of the building being the owners home and the winery they were lovely and warm people, very respectful and unobtrusive (and out kids ended up playing together) but if you will feel uncomfortable with them being on site then take this into consideration. |
