VILLA MARYGRACE è il piano superiore di una villa situata a Forte dei Marmi quasi sulla spiaggia, raggiungibile in 2 minuti a piedi.
L'appartamento ha un ingresso privato separato e al piano inferiore vive la gentile proprietaria Maria Grazia.
La casa dispone di parcheggio privato recintato, Barbeque, giardino con tavolo e sedie + divanetti ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.
Il soggiorno dispone di tv con CANALI SKY (film in inglese), WIFI, cucina completamente attrezzata e terrazza.
L'aria condizionata è solo nel soggiorno.
La villa si trova a soli 300 metri dalla spiaggia, vicino alla zona commerciale di Forte dei Marmi.

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, pulita, ordinata , fresca. Si trova a qualche passo dalla spiaggia, tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta: supermercato , panetteria, farmacia e negozi vari. Ideale con bambini pivedi di più

Ideale con bambini piccoli perchè la logistica è davvero semplice. Una nota in particolare merita la gentilezza della nostra Ospite che è stata più che disponibile e ci ha accolto con un calore e una gentilezza senza pari

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in der Wohnung (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Die Kinder konnten schon schlafen gehen und hatten im hinteren Teil der Wohvedi di più
Wir waren mit 2 Familien in der Wohnung (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Die Kinder konnten schon schlafen gehen und hatten im hinteren Teil der Wohnung ihre Ruhe und wir konnten noch im Wohnbereich sitzen. Die Wohnung hat auch einen eigenen privaten Hauseingang. Die Küche hatte sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung. Die Lage ist super. Nah zum Strand und eine leckere Pizzeria "il Timone" um die Ecke. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Manarola und Wanderungen im wunderschönen Hinterland von dort unternehmen können.

Mariagrazia is a great host. She and her husband have been super helpful. The house is located 2 km from the center of Forte Dei Marmi and is 100 meter away from the beaches close by. Nice place to stay!
