Gracias Guillaume por su comentario. Estamos contentos de que encontraran la casa hermosa!! Aunque, sentimos mucho si el ruido de la calle no les pudo permitir descansar adecuadamente, pero no hay nada que podamos hacer para reduicir el tránsito. Senvedi di più

Sentimos mucho también no haberles avisado de que el agua de los grifos en mallorca no se puede beber, puesto que al ser una isla el agua del mar puede entrar fácilmente a los aquiferos, aunque el agua es perfectamente segura para bañar-se y lavar los platos. Gracias una vez mas por su comentario, esperamos tenerle de nuevo !! Saludos

If you are looking for a calm vacation in a beautiful villa nicely built, with a lots of equipment do not wait and go for this villa. The rental company is Mallorca Charme. They will take care of the booking and check-in. After checking in, they will connect you to the main host. They are very helpful and flexible. Isabel (the main host) is a very nice and friendly person. She is very responsible and super quick to response. In additional to the quick check-in and good support during our stay, she suggested some activities and restaurants in Alcudia that they were all great. The villa is a beautiful building and very well equipped with everything you need (not like those villas equipped with the stuff that was not needed at home anymore). We had a great time there and enjoyed the bbq and swimming pool and we definitely go back.

Leider haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht und können diese Villa nicht weiterempfehlen.
Die Fotos entsprechen leider überhaupt nicht der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Innenleben stark abgenutzt.

Leider haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht und können diese Villa nicht weiterempfehlen.
Die Fotos entsprechen leider überhaupt nicht der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Innenleben stark abgenutzt. Auf dem Tisch waren überall rote Flecken auf dem Bezug und der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft nicht sauber und voll mit Lebensmittelresten. Die Garnituren im Badezimmer waren voller Kalk und die Dichtung der Dusche schon am schimmeln. Man wollte dort garnicht duschen gehen. Das Geschirr dort war ebenfalls stark verrostet und die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Ebenfalls roch es im gesamten Haus äußerst unangenehm sodass wir die ersten 2 Tage nur mit Lüften beschäftigt waren. In den Ecken saßen überall Spinnen. Der Service von Mallorca Charmes war sehr gut. Wir hoffen, dass sich der Anbieter von solchen Vertragspartner lösen kann. |

La piscine est très bien orientée nous avons pu en profiter tout au long de la journée .

It is a very nice place. for families is great as you have a lot of space inside and outside. the house is good equpied and the host is always there if you need help. you can reach the water quite fast. for kiters and surfer is perfect as you can walvedi di più

Wir durften eine Woche zu Gast sein und unsere Erfahrungen waren durchwegs positiv. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hat uns mit ihrer lieben Art begeistert. Wir können die Untevedi di più

Très belle villa. La proximité d’alcudia et de la côte permettent de visiter l’ouest et le nord des baléares. Le roof top est très appréciable et la terrasse ombragée permet de manger dehors les jours de chaleurs.
