After, do a little people-watching from the kitchen balcony while you finish your espresso and plan a day of sightseeing. You won’t need to walk much to enjoy the famous landmarks of Lucca: Your private view is over the most famous Lucca attraction: the Amphitheatre Square or the Lucca Colosseum in the Roman Times. Then, hit the streets and walk to more famous landmarks like Piazza San Michele, Piazza San Martino and Guinigi Tower, just 2 to 5 mins walk away. Your access to the apartment is from Via Fillungo and Piazza San Frediano, the main shopping areas of Lucca.Slide open the balcony doors to feel the warm breeze and hear buzzing streets below. Move seamlessly from inside to out, enjoying the city view from numerous vantage points. On nights in, bring in a private chef to show off a menu of local favourites. After dinner, sip local wine in the formal living room, lit by a majestic chandelier and a grand window with view over a slice of the Byzantine Mosaic on the façade of the Church of San Frediano. Composition:entrance hall, grand formal living room, dining room with kitchen, 1 master bedrooms with 1 ensuite bathroom with built shower, 2 more master bedrooms with amazing views, 1 more bathroom with built shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, storage room.The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.

The apartment is centrally located, with a beautiful view of Piazza dell'Anfiteatro from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. It's close to great restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy. Walking along the city walls was a real treat. The only minor issue was that the TV in the living room couldn’t display Netflix, but the host immediately offered to come and fix it.

The shopping around the apartment are great, as were the gorgeous historical sites. You do not have to walk far to get a great meal either. We cannot wait to return to this apartment and have sent the link to all of our friends. Truly, this place is a gem! |

This was our first apartment of four throughout our time in Italy and this one holds a particular fondness in our hearts. The location simply could not be better for the Lucca visitor right in the heart of shopping, dining, historical sights and more. The interior is lovely, especially the grand living room, and the views from both ends are surreal. We traveled with two toddlers and appreciated that the apartment was long – giving us nice quiet spaces to put the kids down for naps, while we could enjoy the sights and sounds from the open doors off the kitchen (and yes, the views are just as amazing as they look online, if not better!). What a wonderful way for us to enjoy nap/bedtimes! We also appreciated the downstairs interior space, where we could safely store our stroller. The hosts were excellent – very helpful and communicative. An all-around perfect experience and we feel so lucky to have enjoyed this amazing apartment in lovely Lucca. If you have the opportunity to book this remarkable place, do not hesitate! And our sincere gratitude to our hosts.

We loved the bustling piazza during the day, though later at night it was peaceful and quiet. Our check in with Elizabeth was easy and she was friendly and professional, giving us a tour and making sure we contacted her if we had any questionsconcerns. The steps to the apartment helped us work off the pastry and pasta, and the large entry downstairs was perfect to keep our bikes. We had a car service from Pisa that was able to drop us off right at the apartment. Lucca Apartments and Villas were very accommodating and helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning.

The experience of living in an authentic Italian apartment overlooking Piazza Anfiteatro was amazing, the happy sounds and aromas of cooking wafting up whenever we opened the windows. In the other direction Piazza Frediano presented us with 3 very good bars and restaurants , together with the visual delight of seeing the golden mosaic of Chiesa San Frediano, each time we ventured out.
The staff managing the apartment were delightful to communicate with, so our check-in at the apartment was easy to organise. The equipment in the kitchen suited our needs. |

You will be hard pressed to find a better property in Lucca! Beautiful, luxurious apartment in a fantastic location with all the amenities you could possibly need. The property management team was communicative and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3+ weeks in Casa Pitt. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We loved the bustling piazza during the day, though later at night it was peaceful and quiet. Our check in with Elizabeth was easy and svedi di più
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3+ weeks in Casa Pitt. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We loved the bustling piazza during the day, though later at night it was peaceful and quiet. Our check in with Elizabeth was easy and she was friendly and professional, giving us a tour and making sure we contacted her if we had any questionsconcerns. The steps to the apartment helped us work off the pastry and pasta, and the large entry downstairs was perfect to keep our bikes. We had a car service from Pisa that was able to drop us off right at the apartment. Lucca Apartments and Villas were very accommodating and helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning.

Amazing Apartment, we had everything we needed to make for a wonderful 6 nights break. The apartment itself was in a perfect spot for restaurants and shops and had a lovely ambience. We would definitely stay here again. Easy checkin, I would advise gvedi di più

We would definitely stay here again. Easy checkin, I would advise getting a taxi from car park if you have heavy cases, which our host kindly organised. All in all 10 out of 10 thank you so much.

Unbelievable location! We opened the kitchen to an incredible view of the Piazza! On several occasions there was live Italian music playing. This made for magical dinners in the kitchen The apartment was clean and spacious. We did find the decor a bivedi di più

This made for magical dinners in the kitchen The apartment was clean and spacious. We did find the decor a bit fussy for a vacation rental. Also, the master bedroom lacks natural sunlight. We enjoyed staying in the other two lovely bedrooms. All in all we had an incredible time and feel very fortunate to have been able to stay in this lovely apartment! We stayed in Lucca like a local, met many Italians and had an incredible trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely place! Until next time Lucca! ❤️

This is a beautifully decorated spacious apartment right in the middle of the tourist/scenic areas of Lucca. The AC is also very good in every room. On one side of the apartment is the kitchen and a small bedroom, both looking out on the amphitheatervedi di più
This is a beautifully decorated spacious apartment right in the middle of the tourist/scenic areas of Lucca. The AC is also very good in every room. On one side of the apartment is the kitchen and a small bedroom, both looking out on the amphitheater piazza. Then, along the hallway are a full bathroom with shower, the large laundry room including separate front loading washer and dryer, and the master bedroom with ensuite bath. At the other end of the apartment Are the living room and third bedroom, both facing the beautiful church mosaic. I thought this apartment was especially nicely decorated, with more detail and care than the usual Airbnb. The hosts were also responsive and helpful. I would happily stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in Lucca. It has views overlooking the square at the back of the apartment, we sat there many evenings with a glass of wine watching the all the activity. It closes up around 10-11pm so no issues with noisesleeping. There was launvedi di più
Wonderful apartment in Lucca. It has views overlooking the square at the back of the apartment, we sat there many evenings with a glass of wine watching the all the activity. It closes up around 10-11pm so no issues with noisesleeping. There was laundry, dishes and everything you need for a stay in the city. We had a car and parked at the Parcheggio Mazzini, which was about a 5 min walk to the apartment. The walled city itself was wonderful to explore, and it was so nice having an apartment to duck in and out of.
