Casa `Stella` si trova nel centro di Lucca; più precisamente in contrada Sant'Anna, quindi un vicino strategico che unisce le Mura di Lucca con il suo Lungomare alberato. I siti turistici e il centro storico di Lucca distano circa 200 metri. Ci sono molti ristoranti eleganti ovunque dentro e fuori le mura di Lucca.
I punti salienti di questo appartamento attico al 4° piano con ascensore sono i lussuosi interni con oggetti d'antiquariato, incluso un bellissimo pianoforte Steinway, ornamenti e dipinti italiani originali. La magnifica terrazza con Jacuzzi, Gazebo e vista panoramica su Lucca e le montagne. C'è un ampio parcheggio privato all'interno del dominio della proprietà.
