Casa Rosemary è un incantevole appartamento situato nel cuore di Lucca, perfetto per gruppi e famiglie che desiderano vivere un'esperienza autentica in Toscana. Completamente attrezzata e arredata con gusto, questa casa offre un comfort straordinario per un massimo di 6 ospiti.
L'appartamento si sviluppa su 110 metri quadrati e dispone di 3 camere da letto con 4 letti: due king size e due singoli. La zona living è dotata di due televisori e connessione WiFi, mentre la cucina all'americana è completamente accessoriata con elettrodomestici di qualità, tra cui frigorifero, forno, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè e molto altro.
La casa è climatizzata e offre aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, garantendo un soggiorno piacevole in ogni stagione. Sono presenti due bagni con doccia, una cassaforte per custodire oggetti preziosi e un ferro da stiro per mantenere i propri abiti in ordine.
La posizione è strategica: a pochi passi dal centro storico di Lucca, vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a soli 300 metri dal supermercato Conad City. La stazione ferroviaria e il terminal degli autobus sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Inoltre, la casa è un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare le meraviglie della Toscana: le spiagge di Viareggio e Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Firenze e numerose attrazioni naturalistiche sono facilmente raggiungibili.

This apartment was very well located in beautiful Lucca. There was lots of space and it was great to have a kitchen and washer/dryer while traveling with kids. The service from the person who helped us check in was helpful as well.

It was cold in the apartment the first couple days. The heat was unable to be on due to the city regulations, and the forced air/mini splits were not quite able to keep up so we had to bundle in all the extra blankets at night.

Very nice furnished apartment at a great location. Everything is easy to reach. Chiara gave some very helpful additional tips and was very friendly. Luckily we had air conditioning as it gets very hot during summer days.

E’ stata un’esperienza positiva: appartamento elegante e spazioso in posizione centralissima, arredato con gran gusto e con molti comfort. Apprezzabile l’elasticità dimostrata nel check in e check out. Positiva la tempestività nel risolvere un problema tecnico che si era presentato. L’unica nota negativa è stata rappresentata dall’esposizione ai rumori della strada, ma si tratta di un’inconveniente inevitabile se l’immobile è posizionato in un centro storico dove le strade sono strette e i piani altissimi non esistono.

Grocery store just below and coffee bars a few steps away were so nice to have. The street noise in the evening and mornings was minimal and added to the ambiance of Lucca. Apartment includes a blow dryer, iron and ironing board and plug adaptors.

The apartment is beautiful and centrally located on a fairly quiet street in the middle of Lucca. Fantastic restaurants and cafes are a short walk (2-3 minutes) away. There are two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom, all of which have individual vedi di più

There are two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom, all of which have individual air conditioning units. The apartment has a full kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans, and utensils. There are two bathrooms, as well as a combined washer/dryer near the kitchen. The furniture is comfortable and great for relaxing.
