Apartment is a well renovated old apartment near centre of Firenze, walking distance from train station. Apartment has well appointed modern kitchen, new appliances. One bedroom has ensuite bathroom, upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom, and third bedroom uses bathroom on main floor. All bathrooms have showers. Check-in was easy, we were met at apartment and given a tour and information about the area. Good communication with property manager. We are all 60+ in age and we’re able to walk to all the major historic sites, museums, restaurants and shopping. Grocery store close by. Prime location. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Walking distance from Florence’s main train station made it easy for us to take day trips to Venice, Pisa and Cinque Terre.

Checkin was made especially delightful by the lovely Francesca who demonstrated how to use the Italian coffee maker (an American coffee maker is provided as well), induction cooktop, washing machine, A/C and heater, etc. and provided insight on where to eat and how to avoid the tourist traps. The space was perfect for our family of four. Each bedroom offered great privacy. We highly recommend staying here.

For spring break, we took our family of five to Italy. We decided to rent an apartment over staying in a hotel and glad we did. The location is terrific. A short walk from the train station, a block from the Basilica, a few blocks from Duomo, and a few blocks from the Arno River, the Uffizi, etc. We frequented a local wine shop about 150 feet away, dinner right below us, coffee 30 second walk, a market right around corner. The interior of the apartment was great for our family. My wife and I had the master with bath attached, our 18 year old son had his own room and used the hall bathroom, and our 15 & 17 year old daughters shared the 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom. The family room, dining room and kitchen were plenty spacious and well appointed. Upon arrival, Riccardo helped us with our bags and walked us though the unit.
