The villa is set in a peaceful location, beautiful grounds, with everything we needed to enjoy the villa to its best. The beds are super comfy, we all had great nights sleep. Monica was in touch pre arrival and kept in touch during our stay to make sure we had the best time we could.
Lucca is a 7 minute drive away with great parking to explore the city. La Cecca restaurant is within easy walking distance, with an excellent choice of local foods. Walking back when it is dark you are escorted by the fireflies twinkling like fairy lights.
From the terrace you over look the mountains that surround Lucca, stunning views which included watching birds of prey flying above and the call and glimpses of a Hoopoe.
Highly recommend the property.

The terrace is east facing which I can imagine in the height of summer is perfect, however, it would be nice to have another terrace that catches the evening sun. Bannisters on the stairs would help for people that have reduced mobility.

WE are happy you enjoyed exploring nearby Lucca and found dining at La Cecca restaurant a fantastic experience especially with the charming escort of fireflies on your walk back in the evenings. We agree that the terrace views of the mountains surrounding Lucca, along with sightings of birds of prey and a Hoopoe, must have been truly breathtaking.

Your feedback suggesting for bannisters on the stairs for mobility assistance is greatly appreciated. We're always looking for ways to enhance our guests' experiences, and your insight will certainly be taken into consideration.

a very peaceful place

The villa was a very peaceful place. The views were stunning and the surrounding area with the nature walks were a must. The house itself was a very comfortable place to be. Within driving distance was a supermarket and other amenities , within walking distance are restaurants to eat. Pisa lucca and Florence are all accessible by car.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! This place is truely magnificent! The property has so much to offer and you feel at home the moment you walk in the door! The interior is beautiful with so much attention to detail. Everything works as it should and the whole place is so well maintained and spotlessly clean. The garden is beautifully inviting to sit out and enjoy the tuscan sunshine! And last but not least, Sidrak and his family are so kind, welcoming and extremely accomodating & flexible. I fully recommend staying here.. you will not regret it!

Amazing Villa in the heart of Tuscany

This is one of the best accomodation that I've booked online. Villa Viola is full of beauty in every single room and has a stunning huge green park at your complete disposal. It takes you in an another world...in which you can really disconnect and relax.
The agency, the landlord and the Villa manager Mariangela were just amazing people, full of attention to our needs and kind. They gave us also little presents for our staying. Me and my boyfriend will always keep this memory of the vacation as one of the best ever done. The location also is strategic If you want to visit Tuscany cause Lucca is very closed to Pisa and all the Versilia coast and 1 hour from Florence. I really suggest you to spend your vacation at Villa Viola! We will defenitely will back.

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay at this luxurious villa in the country side. We were so torn between wanting to explore the Tuscany area and just relaxing with a glass of wine and the incredible view on the verandah. The villa had everything we could wish for - felt like we were back home.
