CASA SAN FREDIANO is a completely new three bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment is characterized by its generous feeling of understated luxury. Each room has been carefully and tastefully decorated and furnished to give an individual flavor, whilst the subtle use of color and parquet flooring which flows throughout, creates an harmonious, warm and welcoming am-bience, in which you feel instantly at home. The generous living spaces and excellent layout makes this apartment perfect for families or a group of friends who want to experience authentic living in the traditional elegance of a classic Tuscany apart-ment.
The apartment CASA SAN FREDIANO is located inside the walls of Lucca in one of the most famous squares called PIAZZA SAN FREDIANO, right in front of the White Carrara Marble Romanesque Church that feature a a huge Bizantine period golden glazed mosaic that can be admired from the many windows of the apartment. Here one truly feels a part of a real Italian neighborhood while experiencing the magical city of Lucca.
From this amazing location, you can explore all of Lucca main sites on your doorstep, or just as easily reach the train station on foor to have daily trips to the most famous Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, San Gimignano, Volterra and the sandy beaches of VIAREGGIO and FORTE DEI MARMI.
The apartment is located on the first floor and it is fully air conditioned, the wifi is the most reliable one which is provided by the national phone company, hair dryer and 2 bikes are provided, sat tv with international channels, a laundry room with washer and tumble dryer combined, iron and board, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, steam oven, electric oven, freezer, american and italian coffee makers, toaster, kettle and wide selection of crockery and cooking utensils are provided. There is a grocery store close by as well as a pharmacy. Kitchen has dishes but no potspans, which was fine for me as I was on vacation. I have no doubt that if I wanted to have them I could have called for them. It was lovely to be able to open the window and see the sights of Piazza San Frediano happening below. Very clean and I would definitely rent here again!

Three of us stayed in this apartment for nine days. It is in a fantastic location on a lovely square, very centrally located. We wanted to be in the heart of things (we had stayed in Lucca before) and we enjoyed the music from the square at the weekends. Whilst there are bars on the square, they were not overly noisy and we slept well. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with three lovely bedrooms - we used the two facing onto the square - and good showers. The sitting room was comfortable and full of light. We had everything we needed - and the apartment would serve for a longer stay also, equipped with both a washer and a dryer. The service from Lucca Apartments and Villas was excellent, as ever - thank you Manuel and Cristina. We would highly recommend them and this apartment.

Wow, just wow! The location is absolutely amazing. You could see the envy in the eyes of the other tourists as we walked out the door, into the bustling piazza. Lucca is an absolute must and this apartment places you in the very heart of the city. Thver más
Wow, just wow! The location is absolutely amazing. You could see the envy in the eyes of the other tourists as we walked out the door, into the bustling piazza. Lucca is an absolute must and this apartment places you in the very heart of the city. The style of the apartment is just as the photos, but if I’m honest, the photos don’t do it justice. As with most things, there was a couple of cons. A lot of the light bulbs don’t work which caused a bit of an inconvenience at times, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach well beyond the lounge. Like I said, only a few very minor issues and 1st world problems really. Sidrak and the team are awesome and very accommodating, they even looked after our luggage on the last day, so that we could soak up a few more hours of Lucca’s beauty. Thank you!

We explored Lucca everyday for 5 days and having the apartment in such a good location made it easy. Check in was very efficient and Elizabeth spoke fantastic english which made the whole process very easy. We just weren't ready to leave - so we'll have to come back

You have everything you need here, shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Thanks to Ciara for welcoming us. Communication with staff was very prompt and professional. Definitely will be back to beautiful Lucca as we love it! Make sure you do the group bicycle ride around the town walls, so much history here. We had so much fun as a family !

Via Fillungo, the main street for shops and restaurants is adjacent to the piazza and Anfiteatro Piazza, the largest piazza with well over a dozen restaurants is with 25 meters. Apartment has air conditioning, a separate washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen and is spacious and comfortable. Two bikes are available for your use. I would rent this apartment again if I return to Lucca.

We arrived by car and the instructions on the free parking were very clear. The apartment also comes with a really helpful guide book, which we referred to throughout our stay. Due to the location being on one of the main piazza's, and as a result having quite a lot of early morning noise, we did get earplugs for sleeping. But this is all part of the great location. Great stay and would highly recommend Lucca and the apartment!

Second time renting from the same agency, second time fully satisfied. Flat was equipped with all necessary and useful tools, clean , comfortable, best basis for nice stay in Lucca. Service extraordinary including transport of luggage. Any help at any request. The apartment was lovely and very convenient. We loved our time in Lucca. Sonia was extremely helpful and I would recommend the property without hesitation. We will come back next year

We so loved many things about this apartment in Lucca. It’s location was perfect, right in the heart of this vibrant little city. A touch noisy in the evenings but this created a warm ambience and things went quiet after midnight. Plenty of space in ver más
We so loved many things about this apartment in Lucca. It’s location was perfect, right in the heart of this vibrant little city. A touch noisy in the evenings but this created a warm ambience and things went quiet after midnight. Plenty of space in the apartment which was clean , fresh and ample linen and towels. We had some difficulties with only being able to use one appliance at one time, eg: if you had the kettle on then you couldn’t have the washing machine on at the same time. Also, the removal of garbage was a little confusing. Hot water was limited for the showers but the three of us managed to all make do...... We would definitely consider coming back to this apartment as it was a great base for us ... a home away from home... close to everything and with most of the amenities from m home. Thank you for having us and we hope to return!
