CACHI 2 es un espacioso e impresionante apartamento en el corazón del centro histórico de Lucca en PIAZZA SAN GIOVANNI, frente a su iglesia, con una maravillosa vista de la fachada románica, los mármoles blancos de Carrara y los azulejos. Cada ventana es una imagen. Precioso panorama desde el balcón! Vista privilegiada de la belleza de la plaza San Giovanni y de los jardines interiores.
El apartamento se encuentra en el segundo piso de un edificio residencial y tiene ELEVADOR. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado en cada habitación y una conexión wifi muy confiable proporcionada por la compañía telefónica nacional.
Lujo desde el principio: un ascensor te lleva desde la calle hasta la puerta del apartamento. El apartamento se encuentra en un segundo piso y consta de una entrada, una amplia y luminosa zona de día con sofá y asientos, una mesa para 6 que mira a la iglesia y una cocina moderna abierta y totalmente equipada. Un largo pasillo lo lleva a la zona de noche donde se encuentran dos habitaciones dobles, ambas con una cama king size y dos baños con ducha a ras de suelo. Uno de los dormitorios tiene baño en suite y una ventana en el jardín interno con un enorme árbol CACHI. Vista muy sugerente, inolvidable durante el otoño con todas las frutas naranjas. El otro dormitorio se abre a la terraza, muy panorámico y con mesa y sillas para cenar. La vista es fantástica.
El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas: lavaplatos, lavadora, lavandería, secadora, wifi y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.
Te encantará el ambiente mágico de este lugar. Historia por un lado y comodidades modernas por el otro. Muebles de diseño. Lamparas de diseño. Detalles muy cuidados. Es importante saber que los apartamentos han sido totalmente restaurados recientemente en 2016. Aún más importante es saber que el propietario es un arquitecto, diseñador de interiores ... y esto hace que el resultado sea un lugar perfecto para quedarse.

When the windows were closed you could not hear anything noise from the street. There is a lift in the building its slow but better than climbing the steps. The apartment is close to everything. We parked in Citadella and got a card to park which lasts for a month for 50 euros great value. Couldn't say a bad thing about the apartmentLucca. Loved them both.

We discovered charming Lucca a year ago when we took side trips into Tuscany from our home base in Florence. Our tour guide pointed this apartment out to us last year, and I couldn’t believe it was actually possible to rent for 120 euro per night! Itver más
We discovered charming Lucca a year ago when we took side trips into Tuscany from our home base in Florence. Our tour guide pointed this apartment out to us last year, and I couldn’t believe it was actually possible to rent for 120 euro per night! It is a spacious, comfortable living area, and so close to everything! Our 4 day Italian immersion before our cruise from Venice to Athens was everything and more than we had hoped for! Mrs Elizabeth was easy to communicate with in our pre travel queries, and once we got there we didn’t have a problem that we even needed to bother her with! Pinelli for cappuccino and croissants just around the corner, a few blocks away on Garibaldi the best sandwiches ever, and many great restaurants that were close. Bicycle riding on the city walls around the perimeter was a great activity. Getting out in Tuscany is great if you have a car. You do need to park outside the city walls, which requires minding a 24 hour pass in the Carducci parking lot 5 mins away, not a big issue though. The best feature is the little balcony in front where you can sit and enjoy the view and activities along the walls of beautiful Lucca! A superb choice for us!

This is a fantastic flat. Beautiful views, the location is perfect and so much to discover in Lucca for a small city. The train station also makes it easy to get to Florence, PisaViareggio. The flat was exactly as it is in the pictures and spotlesslyver más

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property managers were always reachable and quick to react. To the point when we mentioned there was only 1 wine glass in the cabinet, they went out and bought more! Apartment was perfect location with everything easilver más
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property managers were always reachable and quick to react. To the point when we mentioned there was only 1 wine glass in the cabinet, they went out and bought more! Apartment was perfect location with everything easily accessible on foot, including the train station. Property managers were also very helpful in recommending car services, tour guides and even a chef for a cooking class. We could not have been happier with our choice! That said, two small items that I wish had been different. There was no place in either shower to put shampoo, soap, etc other than floor. It also would have been nice to have a coffee table in the sitting room to offer a place to put a drinksnacks when sitting on the couch. Very minor inconveniences compared to what we loved!

The management team were very helpful and friendly, particularly on arrival. If they were looking anything that could be done to add to the experience, I would suggest maybe a welcome bottle of wine and perhaps the balcony furniture could be updated

When the windows were closed you could not hear anything noise from the street. There is a lift in the building its slow but better than climbing the steps. The apartment is close to everything. We parked in Citadella and got a card to park which lasts for a month for 50 euros great value. Couldn't say a bad thing about the apartmentLucca. Loved them both.

The apartment is situated in a great location just inside the walls with a quiet piazza and church as you step out the front door. Within a short stroll you stumble upon restaurants, shops, more piazza's and stunning churches. Staying in Lucca at Cachi 2 was the perfect place for us.
