We loved everything from the communication and pre check in support. Maria Pia was very helpful and even brought my sisters leftover food from her villa to our villa as she left on the day we arrived ! The villa was spotless and had everything you c显示更多

Maria Pia was very helpful and even brought my sisters leftover food from her villa to our villa as she left on the day we arrived ! The villa was spotless and had everything you could need. I do think however the photos make it look more spacious than it actually is- it’s just one open living/dining and kitchen area, and the 2 bedrooms on the top are linked with no door beta and on the middle floor are not linked at all, they are accessed by 2 different staircases- but it’s beautiful.
One of the bedrooms had a broken wall light that was just left on the floor all week and nobody came to fix it. We had an initial issue with WiFi but the landlord came out and even though we eventually figured out the problem ourselves, the landlord kindly gave us a ride into town as taxis can be a problem if you want to go out and have some wine with dinner- they couldn’t locate us- but we figured a way out in the end! We would definitely recommend it and stay again Lucca is gorgeous too. |
