Description
The gardens and outdoors of this distinctive Italian country house VILLA OTTO are simply magnificent. An ideal base for touring the beauty of Tuscany, the farmhouse is situated in Orentano, a delightful village full of folks events, food festivals and bespoke restaurants. The highlight of this villa is the proximity to all Tuscan major sites and things to see such as Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena: the villa is strategically located halfway between all these towns. The beaches of Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi are just 40 mins drive away so it is close to Cinque Terre as well. With its spacious, comfortable interiors and gorgeous outside spaces, it makes a wonderful option both for groups and large families.
The ground floor has a fully equipped country-style kitchen, as well as grand living room with TV and dining area, all of which open to a pleasant porch/veranda overlooking the garden and the pool which is fully furnished with sofas, armchairs and another dining table. On the ground floor there is also a Master bedroom with its own luxury bathroom and a laundry room.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, bathed in natural light with 2 luxury bathrooms and a drawing room. The house is fully air conditioned and has a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company.
The private swimming pool is found next to the house, with a cosy gazebo to shade in and eight sun loungers.
The beguiling grounds and interiors were designed by a renowned architect.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Otto! Die Villa ist modern, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet – besonders der Pool und die gemütlichen Plätze unter der Pergola oder auf der Terrasse haben uns begeistert. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben nichts vermisst.
Roberto, der Hausmeister, war täglich da, um den Pool zu reinigen. Trotz unserer spärlichen Sprachkenntnisse haben wir uns gut verstanden. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Pizzaabend, den Roberto für uns organisiert hat – das haben wir über Philippo gebucht. Philippo war immer für uns da und hat uns bei einem Defekt am Herd sofort geholfen. Dabei haben auch die Besitzer sehr herzlich reagiert und uns sogar Pizza und Dolci vorbeigebracht. Zum Abschluss der Woche haben wir über Philippo private Chefs gebucht – das war ein perfektes Highlight! In der Umgebung haben wir auch Florenz, Pisa und Lucca besucht. Die Stimmung während des Urlaubs war entspannt, fröhlich und wohltuend. Wir haben die Villa Otto schon an Familie und Freunde weiterempfohlen – für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung in der Toskana suchen, einfach ideal. The pool area is not entirely as shown on the picture, there are other sunbeds (dark), which can get very hot in the sun. Also there is no umbrella, because of wind, but you can easily move the sunbeds below the olive tree to get shade.

Lucca is beautiful and worth a whole day. We will be back .

Marco and Alessia, the owners of the villa, have been amazing hosts, they took time explaining us the workings of the villa (use of the hyper-modern kitchen, alarm system) and where to find food, where to order pizza's, etc. On the first morning after our arrival, they treated us to a wonderful breakfast. All in all, our stay at villa Otto has been truly wonderful, and I'd definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Upon arrival the owner and property manager met us at the Villa. They walked us through it and showed us how to us everything.

The Villa is absolutely beautiful! The owners wife owns a bakery in town that is to die for!! About a 10 minute car ride. A must! Isabella arranged a wine tour with a private driver which I highly recommend. We rented a car and did mini trips such as Lucca and Pisa. |

The Villa Otto is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city of Orentano. The checkin was very convenient and friendly Cristina gave us lots of helpful tips to explore during our stay. Everything needed is reachable within a short drive and the place is a good start to explore the region. We can definitely recommend this clean and beautiful apartment for exploring this part of Tuscany.

Wow !!!! That was my experience from this house! We came 7 adults and 2 kids for a week. Everything is like in the pictures. The house and the pool where amazing, clean, cozy and a really Tuscany house. Close to Pisa , Firenze and Lucca . The owner Msee more

It's really beautiful and comfortable house. It's fully respect to description and picture. We were 2 families consist of 4 adults and 3 children's. Main places for our common activities was terrace and swimming pool. Pool have been cleaned every daysee more

Main places for our common activities was terrace and swimming pool. Pool have been cleaned every day. Lawn near the houle is wonderfull. Kitchen equipped very well and modern. Bedrooms are big, comfortable and cosy, bathrooms as well. Really good location, just 7 min driving from autobahn. It's easy and comfortable to get a lot of intresting places (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, La Specia)

Firstly the villa is beautiful – a real treat to arrive somewhere that looks just as good as the photos. Marco’s father was lovely and very helpful and Laura showed us everything and we were even invited to take brunch at Marco’s patisserie – which we did and it was great. We had a fab week – as Da Benito was closed we went to a family local pizzeria called Vito Re Della Pizza – very friendly and lovely pizza – we can also recommend it. We thought Lucca was stunning and very cosmopolitan. We hope to return to your lovely area next year. Thank you to Marco for being so helpful re the TV also. Kind regards |

We returned from the villa 2 days ago and had a great time. Sonia was very helpful as was her son. The villa was spotless and had everything you could possibly need as well as a nice welcome pack which was very helpful as we arrived late on a Saturdasee more
We returned from the villa 2 days ago and had a great time. Sonia was very helpful as was her son. The villa was spotless and had everything you could possibly need as well as a nice welcome pack which was very helpful as we arrived late on a Saturday night! We had plenty of space for the 6 adults and 2 kids and the complex was very safe for the kids as it was all gated and secure. The villa is situated in a very central location and is in walking distance to everything you need and there is a large supermarket not far from the villa. the TV was great as the kids could watch english programs and there were lots of antique and new books to choose from. The pool was clean and in a charming setting, also not deep which is great for kids - the travel cot and highchair were also a god send!! We had great barbeques aImost every night and we always had dinner on the beautiful terrace facing the pool and the hills all around. The villa itself is a highscale luxury home featuring intriguing interiors and the setting and the garden are IMPRESSIVE, so beautiful. I really enjoyed and would love to go again. Thanks Sonia for all your help :)
