Charming farmhouse with unique views and just a few minutes by car from the beach.
This cosy farmhouse creates a unique symbiosis between the old and the new. Part of the farmhouse is over 300 years old and creates a perfect unity with the new part. Renovated and restored with great attention to detail, this holiday property offers true rest and relaxation.
By mixing genuine antiques and modern elements, the furniture creates a cosy atmosphere, so that you can spend a wonderful time on the estate even in bad weather.
The farm is prepared for 6 people. The house has a habitable area of 145 m² on a plot of 22,000 m². The house is situated in a landscaped area of 4,000 m². The rest of the plot is used as a horse paddock during some months of the year.
The farm has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. One bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom are on the upper floor, the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the ground floor.
The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table, where you can spend a wonderful evening of gaming. Additionally, the house has satellite television, DVD, and music equipment. International television programmes are available.
In winter, you can get comfortable in front of the fireplace. Heating is also available (£1.15/litre).
The kitchen offers all the amenities to prepare delicious meals. Here, loving details have also been taken care of.
A well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (4m x 8m) that refreshes and plenty of seating and loungers invite you to spend unforgettable hours in the countryside.
There are two beautiful covered terraces where you can have your meals or enjoy moments of relaxation and/or evenings in the living area.
There is also an outdoor kitchen with a Bull brand barbecue for communal grilling fun.
Moreover, there is a billiards table in the house and for the outdoor area several games and a ping-pong table for various hours.
There is a spacious car park and the well-known white sandy beach of "Playa de Muro" is just a few minutes by car.
The perfect estate for wonderful and relaxing holidays.

Ich wunderschöne finca mit Perfekte Ausstattung.Einfach alles was man eig braucht ist in der finca vorhanden.Basketball m, Tischtennis, Katzenspiele so wie Genügend Bücher.Ich war mit meine Familie 12 Tage in der Finca und haben jeden Tag die Zeit genießen können.Zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall ein Auto! Die nächste Ortschaft ist zu Fuß in 30 min erreichbar.Sowie Moskitospray, wenn’s kühlt wird kann man im Garten nicht sitzen ohne Spray.Ansonsten ist es eine 10 von 10 finca man kann auf jeden Fall hier die Ruhe genießen.

Ruhe in der Natur ohne Langeweile

- die friedliche und ästhetische Gesamtatmosphäre der Finca (Ausblick, Ruhe, Garten...)
- Pool groß und sauber - Pflanzen, Palmen, Terrassen - schöne Poolhandtücher - Ruhe, angenehme Einsamkeit - Inneneinrichtung, schöne Details - Billard, Tischtennis, Basketball - Pizzaofen, 2 Grills - Küchenausstattung - Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten - man konnte Greifvögel beobachten Wir haben hier mit unseren drei Kindern eine ganz tolle Woche verbracht. Trotz der ruhigen, ja einsamen Lage kam nie Langeweile auf. Der Pool lud zum Faulenzen ein, außerdem konnte man Billard, Tischtennis oder Basketball spielen. Der Blick auf die Berge ist phänomenal, man sieht viele Greifvögel (und Flugzeuge). Eine Überraschung waren die bis zu 20 Pfaue, die teilweise auf dem Gelände leben. Manchmal waren sie fast den ganzen Tag verschwunden, aber morgens hört man sie sehr deutlich und man sieht überall ihre Hinterlassenschaften... Das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet (ganz flauschige Handtücher!) und mit sehr viel Geschmack, Charme und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Nicht alles ist in neuestem Zustand (Poolliegen), aber das hat uns ebenso wenig gestört wie die Tatsache, dass es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt einfach! Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur - dazu gehören neben den Pfauen auch Mücken. |

Vielen Dank für Ihre konstruktive Kritik und die gute Bewertung. Wir haben Ihre Anregungen zum Anlass genommen, einige Dinge zu verbessern so wurden die Auflagen für die Liegestühle bereits ausgetauscht und und die Billardkugeln und Queues werden aucsee more

Wir haben Ihre Anregungen zum Anlass genommen, einige Dinge zu verbessern so wurden die Auflagen für die Liegestühle bereits ausgetauscht und und die Billardkugeln und Queues werden auch erneuert. Bzgl. der Belüftung der Schlafzimmer wird eine fachliche Beratung erfolgen. Im Sommer hat ein Eigentümerwechsel stattgefunden so werden nun nach und nach Verbesserungen durchgeführt. Während der Wintermonate sind Modernisierungen und Renovierungsarbeiten geplant, wobei Ihre Vorschläge sehr hilfreich sind.
Wir würden uns freuen, sie nächstes Jahr wieder als unseren Gast begrüssen zu dürfen! |

The finca is great, we travelled with my wife, our two children and my parents. We had a great time as a family.
Pure calm, the swimming pool great and very well cared for, the house also cared for up to the smallest detail.

The contact with Mallorca Charme was great, the day of our arrival we did not find the finca and came to look for us and they accompanied us. During the whole stay they worried if we needed anything.
