On the first floor are the other three bedrooms: one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two with access to a shared bathroom. In total, the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus an external toilet located in the terrace area, very practical for use of the swimming pool and garden.

The exterior is one of the great attractions of the property. It has a spacious garden, private swimming pool, terrace of approximately 80 m² and different areas where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy the Mediterranean climate. It also features an outdoor barbecue area, ideal for preparing outdoor meals, and a ping pong table to enjoy leisure time during your stay.
