Palmitos 2 is a spacious and welcoming holiday villa located in the north of Mallorca, ideal for families seeking tranquillity, comfort and proximity to the beach. The house has 200 m² of living space and can accommodate 8 people, offering spacious and comfortable areas to enjoy a holiday with family or friends.
Surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees, the property offers pleasant views of the Serra de Tramuntana and the sea, creating a perfect setting to disconnect and enjoy the authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.
The exterior is specially designed for the enjoyment of both young and old. Children can have fun in the private mini children's playground and in the children's pool, whilst adults relax in the sun lounger area, enjoy the Mallorca sunshine or cool off in the private pool. Furthermore, the terrace features a barbecue, table tennis and darts, perfect for spending good times outdoors during the day or summer evenings.
The accommodation offers facilities for guests with reduced mobility, such as step-free access, barrier-free pathways, wide doors and a pool lift chair. Additionally, one of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has an exceptionally spacious bathroom, equipped with grab bars and extra-wide doors.
Inside, Palmitos 2 is bright, comfortable and welcoming. Its rooms, decorated with natural wood details, convey a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The villa has a comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen and four double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, offering space, comfort and privacy for all guests.
The property has 5 bathrooms in total, of which 4 are full bathrooms: 2 with bathtub and 2 with shower, which facilitates a comfortable stay for groups and families.
The location is another of its great attractions. The villa is located just 3 km from Can Picafort, a lively coastal town with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and seafront promenade. The beautiful sandy beaches of Playa de Muro are about 7 minutes' drive away, and the s'Albufera Natural Park is approximately 9 minutes away, ideal for nature lovers.
