In front of the sea, 10 metres from the exclusive Sa Tuna beach, is this wonderful Villa with so much personality. Recently renovated while preserving the traditional local elements chosen by its architect, a lover of this corner of the Mediterranean.
The house is very comfortable, it is distributed over two main floors, the ground floor where its 3 double bedrooms are located. Two of them with two single beds and one with a 180cm double bed. It is also where the main bathroom with a double shower is located.
On the first floor is the living-dining room, with a semi-open kitchen and a terrace with postcard-like views where you can spend wonderful and long summer evenings or have breakfast with the sunrise.
The outdoor area has several levels. On the ground floor there is a pergola with a chill-out area and on the roof, where there are wonderful views, there is a table and chairs to eat or dine under the stars.

No puedo indicarle nada que nos haya gustado, ya que la estancia se nos hizo bastante complicada, en primer lugar la llegada a la casa no había manera de encontrar las llaves de entrada, el funcionamiento del establecimiento no se nos informa en ningsee more
No puedo indicarle nada que nos haya gustado, ya que la estancia se nos hizo bastante complicada, en primer lugar la llegada a la casa no había manera de encontrar las llaves de entrada, el funcionamiento del establecimiento no se nos informa en ningún momento, les explico a continuación y detallo:
- tarjeta de reciclaje de basuras. - acceso al parking (ya que entiendo que no existe a día de hoy plaza de parking, se nos informó que había una plaza en las proximidades del alojamiento ) - funcionamiento de gas. - panel eléctrico, ya que salta la luz debido a una contratación escasa de la misma, y que se encuentra en la casa de al lado, has de invadir la intimidad del vecino para tener luz. - mantenimiento de las instalaciones duchas atascadas y que no desaguan, grifo de la cocina mal instalado, limpieza de sofás exteriores y sobre todo interior, el pago de limpieza son 150€ excesivo para lo que se limpia. - terraza exterior en planta baja con iluminación escasa ya que ninguna bombilla funciona. En definitiva una casa preciosa a pie de Cala Sa Tuna, sin ninguna comodidad al respecto, en comparación a su precio de alquiler. |

Deberían hacer un mantenimiento completo de las instalaciones. Un personal de la empresa para recibir a los clientes y así poder indicarles el funcionamiento de la casa y atender las preguntas que se ocasionen en el momento de hacer el check-in y ya see more

Tuvimos un problema con la electricidad, y lo solucionaron pero podrían entregar esa información desde un principio y así nos podríamos haber ahorrado unas cuantas horas que estuvimos sin poder cocinar, etc. Lo demás todo excelente.
