On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered porch with a sofa and dining table overlooking the pool.

On the first floor you will find another living room with sofa and television, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a full bathroom with shower.

In the exterior, the villa has a private swimming pool, several areas with tables and chairs and sufficient space to relax and enjoy the good weather.

For greater comfort, the house has air conditioning on the porch, in the upstairs living room, and in one of the bedrooms. It also has high-speed fibre optic internet, ideal for teleworking or enjoying a good connection during your stay. Along with optional heating, the villa is prepared to offer comfort at any time of the year.

Located in Ariany, in a quiet area of the interior of Mallorca, the villa allows you to enjoy the calm of the island without giving up good access to the northern beaches and other points of interest.
