Studio on the ground floor located in Salamanca, Goya area, 20 minutes walking from El Retiro Park. Ideal for couples and friends.
The apartment has 2 single beds in the living room, so the capacity of the apartment is up to 2 people. There is 1 full bathroom and the apartment has air conditioning, heating, free high-speed WIFI internet and a television. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, microwave and washing machine. Towels and sheets are included.
The apartment is located in the Salamanca area, Goya, 20 minutes walking from El Retiro Park. It is a residential, cosy and safe neighbourhood.
Please note that the apartment is on a ground floor with direct access from the street.

Attention au linge de maison, la couette supplémentaire est inutilisable (toute tâchée).

Attention au linge de maison, la couette supplémentaire est inutilisable (toute tâchée). Le contrat stipule aux locataires de ne pas faire de bruit, mais le restaurant voisin est très bruyant jusque très tard, du fait de la mauvaise insonorisation. |
