Cozy holiday home in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria very close to Las Canteras Beach.
The 47 m² accommodation, with capacity for 2 people, has a semi-independent bedroom, an American-style kitchen and a cozy living room with a wonderful balcony where you can enjoy pleasant evenings.
It has an elevator, iron, safe, unlimited internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, balcony, 1 Smart TV.
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The accommodation is located behind La Luz Park and 400 m from the sandy beach "Las Canteras". It has all the necessary services around, both supermarkets and various stores. The beach area has a large avenue where you can also find all kinds of shops and services and activities to do. There is also a very wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes.
In the Santa Catalina park, about 15 minutes walk away, you can find the "Santa Catalina" bus interchange, with all the lines to explore the island, such as the town of Teror at 30 km., Tamadaba Natural Park at 66 km. .
The south of the island is also highly recommended to explore: the great Maspalomas Beach with its wonderful Dunes, or the town of Mogán, with a fishing port with a great tradition.
In the south you can also find the fun of a water park: "Aqualand Maspalomas" or amusement park: "Holiday World"
But enjoying Las Cateras Beach is always a highly recommended option.

The apartment is very well located with easy access to best end of Canteras beach. Bus stops round the corner and plenty of good restaurants in the area. Apartment itself is very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there.

The only thing that I would reconsider for January is, the balcony doesn't get any sunshine. Not that you can do anything about that!
