Accommodation of 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv.
With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection.

Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also to scarce 5 minutes we find the commercial area of Mesa Y
The building was renovated in 2019 and offers bright and soundproofed flats.

Playground just in front of the building, very useful if you have a kid. Good wifi, proper for working. It may be a bit noisy in weekends evenings /nights because of the bars outside, but you can just close the windows and turn on the AC if it's too hot,keep the windows open and enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely we'll be coming back

equipped, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook and the bathroom was really neat. Thanks to the large windows the room is very bright. Communication was always quick and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
