The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, kettle and juicer. All the necessary utensils and kitchenware are at your disposal so you can enjoy a worry-free stay.
The accommodation amenities include individually controllable air conditioning in the room, 32-inch HD Smart TV, high-speed WiFi connection, iron, as well as cleaning products, washing machine and vacuum cleaner, and a complete selection of essential items. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet paper and all the essentials for your personal hygiene.
The building was completely renovated in 2019 and is characterised by offering bright and soundproofed spaces, guaranteeing your rest and peace of mind. Step-free access in the bathroom, wide corridors and night-lit entrance facilitate accessibility. Express check-in allows you to save time on your arrival.
The location is exceptional: just 200 metres away you'll find the famous Las Canteras Beach, one of the world's best urban beaches with almost 3,800 metres of coastline, it's in a lively area with plenty of gastronomic offerings. Microondas, lavaplatos, lavadora. Completo menaje de cocina. Y lo mas importante una cama y almohada CÓMODA. Los que lo gestionan son muy amables como Jaime y en particular la paciencia infinita de Mayca. Gracias.
