Cosy house in the centre of Muro, a quiet village in the northeast of Mallorca.
This precious accommodation, recently renovated, is perfect for receiving you on your next holiday. It has capacity for 2 people and is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with comfortable sofas. Next is the kitchen, fully equipped, so you can prepare your favourite dishes during your stay. It has a spacious and practical table to eat with your family or friends. On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom with a shower.
Although what they will enjoy most is being able to take refreshing dips in the pool and sunbathe on the terrace loungers, enjoy a pleasant dinner or simply relax with a drink or reading a book.
They will also be able to use the garage that has capacity for a small car. If the car is large, it can be parked for free on the same street as the house or in its surroundings.
The house has a television with multiple national and international channels, as well as a good internet and wifi connection.
Families with children: Cot and high chair are available and access to the pool is fenced for greater safety.
The house is located 10 minutes by car from Playas de Muro, considered one of the best beaches in the world.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for pool maintenance.

Overall, we had a great stay at this location. The whole house was clean and respected the facilities shown in the booking offer.We encountered a problem with parking, due to a insufficient space in the garage, but was resolved by parking in one of tsee more
Overall, we had a great stay at this location. The whole house was clean and respected the facilities shown in the booking offer.We encountered a problem with parking, due to a insufficient space in the garage, but was resolved by parking in one of the spots in the public road.The real and single issue about the location was the presence of 3 surveillance cameras (2 inside the house and one outside). I consider that is serios lack of privacy for any visitor that want to spend a restful holiday. We didn't have any previous notice about the presence of any cameras inside, we just observed them by mistake.Excepting this situation, I consider Mallorca Charme a good place to stay.

Das Haus ist perfekt! Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Vor allem die Küche ist super ausgestattet! Der Pool und die Sonnenterrasse sind das Herzstück der Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt zentral, die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läuft problemlos, auch die Schlüsselübergabe war super erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Die Kommunikation mit Mallorca Charme Home Rentals war gut und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und besonders die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet! Der Pool und die Terrasse sind ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Muro selbst ist eher rusee more
Die Kommunikation mit Mallorca Charme Home Rentals war gut und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und besonders die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet! Der Pool und die Terrasse sind ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Muro selbst ist eher ruhig, man kommt aber mit dem Bus gut und einfach nach Alcudia, Palma oder andere Orte. In die Garage sind wir leider nicht gekommen mit unserem Mietwagen, aber es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nebenstraße. Einziger Minuspunkt waren Schimmel in einem der Schlafzimmer und in einem Badezimmer, wir haben die Vermieter informiert und uns wurde gesagt, dass sich drum gekümmert wird. Alles in allem aber eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn man einen entspannten Urlaub möchte.

Wir waren nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Sauberkeit und Schimmel, zufrieden. Der Anbieter hat direkt reagiert und Mängel beseitigt. Die Garage und Einfahrt ist sehr klein kann nur mit einem Auto der Größe Smart, Mini, genutzt werden. Der Psee more
Wir waren nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Sauberkeit und Schimmel, zufrieden. Der Anbieter hat direkt reagiert und Mängel beseitigt. Die Garage und Einfahrt ist sehr klein kann nur mit einem Auto der Größe Smart, Mini, genutzt werden. Der Pool ist sehr Kalt aber sauber und schön. Nachdem es Sahra Regen gab, wurde er schnell und professionell gereinigt. Die Dachterasse ist schön, aber sehr gering ausgestattet, eine liege war defekt. mit ein paar Pflanzen und besserer Ausstattung wäre das ein toller Ort. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, die Klimatisierung funktioniert sehr gut. Die beiden Bäder sind sehr praktisch vor allem das Bad beim Pool Bereich. Wie würden trotz ein paar anfangs Schwierigkeiten immer wieder in der Wohnung Urlaub machen vielen Dank.
