* Three bedrooms: one very spacious master bedroom with a double bed, a second with two single beds and a dressing room, and a third very bright single bedroom.
* A spacious bathroom: equipped with a modern shower tray and marble details.
* A large open-plan living-dining room: integrates a modern and functional kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. It has a television.
* Additional amenities: washing machine, iron and hair dryer.
