The owner has decorated it inspired by his boat Cian (strong and sturdy in Gaelic), simple but very practical and comfortable, ideal for adventurers who want to discover the island, It is in a very central area where you can do without the car and discover the most emblematic places of the capital on foot or by bicycle, especially the almost 4 kilometres of Las Canteras Beach, the best beach in the world, together with its reefs, its crystal clear waters, and its seabed, which has a wide range of marine flora and fauna worthy of being admired and protected.
It is 20 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Las Canteras", 20 m from the supermarket "Horba", 25 m from the restaurant "El Basal", 160 m from the supermarket "Hiperdino", 1 km from the bus station "Intercambiador de Santa Catalina", 1 km from the rocky beach "El Confital", 1 km from the restaurant "Casa Carmelo", 2 km from the restaurant "La Marinera", 3 km from the nature park "El Confital", 3 km from the golf course "Las Palmeras Golf", 23 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria", 28 km from the city "Teror", 35 km from the city "Agaete", 58 km from the amusement park "Holiday World Maspalomas", 59 km from the water park "Aqualand Maspalomas" and is located in a charming area and next to the sea.
