This is the 3rd time I´ve stayed at Villa Narcol, which i find quite magical. The views from the massive terrace are to die for. it is very peaceful and serene. I love having a bath and being able to see Medes island and listen to the boat trips and see more

Initially we were given wrong information about having to order towels online. This wasted probably 45 minutes of my time. Also the booking form indicated that we could get into the villa at 2 pm. Consequently we did some shopping and went to pick upsee more
Initially we were given wrong information about having to order towels online. This wasted probably 45 minutes of my time. Also the booking form indicated that we could get into the villa at 2 pm. Consequently we did some shopping and went to pick up our keys to discover the office was closed until 3 pm. when we got back we were told that it was not possible to get into the villa until 5 pm. If we had known we would not have done our shopping, which we had to leave in a hot car. When we arrived at the villa the cleaners were still there, just cashually chatting to each other, whilst we waited around. Eventually they left after 6 pm. Then the lights failed and we had to ring the torrent office for help. The electrician arrived and sorted it, but the kettle had stopped working. We phoned the office again and were told we would get a new kettle. When one didn´t arrive the day after we had to ring again to remind someone. finally we got our new kettle later the following day. After that things were ok, but it was very upsetting for us.

Seulement un petit parasol pour une terrasse en plein soleil toute la journée c est vraiment très peu.. Pas de mention dans l annonce que la maison edt sur trois niveaux. Seulement un bip pour deux voitures pour l accès à la rue..
