It has a living area of 185 m². Cozy indoor area with fireplace in the living room with TV with satellite channels and WiFi. Connected to a large dining room. Fully equipped kitchen.
In total there are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. A bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, the rest upstairs. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
This beautiful finca has a 5x10 ,meter swimming pool so that you can refresh yourself on hot summer days, a barbecue and a wonderfully maintained landscaped outdoor area.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.

We love this villa but this last visit (our 3rd in this villa) was not as good as it might have been. The pool was cloudy and green on our arrival, we had no kettle on arrival, though the nice owner provided a 'travel' kettle the next day, which was see more
We love this villa but this last visit (our 3rd in this villa) was not as good as it might have been. The pool was cloudy and green on our arrival, we had no kettle on arrival, though the nice owner provided a 'travel' kettle the next day, which was not adequate for a villa of this size.
The 'pod' coffee machine worked intermittently, we asked for a cafetière which was provided the next day, which worked better but we had to boil the travel kettle twice, in order to be able to fill the cafetière, so that we had enough hot water! The ants were still bad, better than last year however, but still masses over the kitchen work surfaces, the worst being on our last morning. The light on the half stairs kept flickering on and off, we didn't bother reporting it. Finally, we ran out of hot water 3 nights running, on our 6th night, we had 2 nights remaining. I reported it, the plumber came the next day and it turned out that the hot water cylinder thermostat had been turned down to 40c, rather than on a higher temperature, hence why no hot water!! When you pay the amount we paid for an 8 night stay, you do NOT expect so many problems, this was our annual holiday. |

You NEED to have basic kitchen appliances like a kettle and a proper working coffee machine, this is an upmarket European island. |

Unfortunately, here in Spain we are not accostumed to use kettles (as we boil water using a pan) so we do not know what size is suitable for a villa like this. We cannot control wild animals' will and power but we can recomend buying a bug spray. We apologise for the hot water fiasco, it is understandable that the water had been turned down as here in the summer it gets really hot so there is no use to hot water. This is a sweet finca, with lots of charm. Buy logs locally and enjoy the wood burner, which during our stay was lovely for the cooler nights. Accommodation is clean but quite basic and for us that added some charm. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom see more

Accommodation is clean but quite basic and for us that added some charm. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and 1 bed downstairs with bathroom near by. We found communication really easy and owners allowed a slightly earlier check in, which we were very grateful for. Note, you will pay electricity as an extra. I didn't realise this but its because Ididn't the show more part on listing. A great stay, lovely sunshine and we even braved the pool! (22ish). thank you!

Allerdings könnte die Unterkunft innen mal eine ordentliche Reinigung und etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen (Spinnweben in den Ecken, Fettfilm in der Küche, muffelndes Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss, Reste von Sand, der vom Dach herabrieselt auf dem Sofa). Nur gut, dass das Wetter schön war und wir uns viel im Freien aufhalten konnten.

Die Finca liegt ruhig. Das Grundstück ist mit einem Zaun umgeben der einem Sicherheit gibt und auch keine Tiere auf das Grundstück gelangen und in den Pool fallen könnten. Der Pool ist schön gross und die Finca ist gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Ksee more
Die Finca liegt ruhig. Das Grundstück ist mit einem Zaun umgeben der einem Sicherheit gibt und auch keine Tiere auf das Grundstück gelangen und in den Pool fallen könnten. Der Pool ist schön gross und die Finca ist gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist genügend, wir haben viel gekocht.
Auf eine geschriebene Mail oder einen Anruf wurde sofort reagiert, sehr netter Service. Wir durften etwas früher in die Finca was uns sehr entgegengekommen ist. Danke dem Mallorca Charme Team. Ich weiss nicht, ob die Verbesserungen auch bei der Bewertung erscheinen, darum drei Hinweise. 1. In einem Zimmer sollten die Matratzen ersetzt werden. 2. Es sollten saubere warme Decken zur Verfügung stehen. Wir hatten im September nur leere Duvetanzüge zur Verfügung. 3. Insektengitter an den Fenstern wäre sehr nützlich. Mit diesen drei Verbesserungen wäre die Finca top. |

Bref pour nous c'était 5 étoiles

Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe von Radfahrern, die Location ist perfekt zum Radfahren.
Die letzten Tage haben wir sie zur Entspannung genommen und es ist ein echtes Privileg, wir haben sogar gebadet!

Wenn Sie Ruhe und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre suchen.... in diesem Haus werden Sie sie finden.
Obwohl wir im März waren, mussten wir den Ofen benutzen, weil es nachts kalt war.
Am Tag war es auf der Terrasse toll, wir genossen es so sehr, zu frühssee more
