Versilia Coast, a scenic and stylish wonder of the Tuscan Riviera, buzzes with glamour and energy: spend an afternoon frolicking on the famous shorelines of the Versilia beach where you’ll find amazing restaurants and clubs on the powdery sand, amazing bathing establishments where to experience the feeling of the authentic local coastal lifestyle. Your choice of history-rich towns such as Lucca, Pisa and others are nearby within a 20 mins drive; wonders of nature like Cinque Terre, San Gimignano and the wine country are ideal for a daily trip while you can simply grab a bike and cycle through the quaint streets, nearby pinewoods and the private boats at the pier.

The location was perfect just a few steps away from a good gelato place and one block from the beach. Three flights of stairs kept us in shape and guilt free from indulging in a daily gelato. Host were very responsive to our needs.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, light & quiet apartment in the centre. Was an easy walk to most places and the beach. Beatrice was lovely, fast at communicating & accommodating with check in and out. WiFi was mostly good but we had free data anyway so tosee more

My sister and I stayed in this amazing apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed Viareggio! Elisabetta was so helpful and came to check in with us on a few details we struggled with (the water container in the dryer)!! And Andrea was so helpful tosee more
My sister and I stayed in this amazing apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed Viareggio! Elisabetta was so helpful and came to check in with us on a few details we struggled with (the water container in the dryer)!! And Andrea was so helpful to check us in a little early and even carried our bags up to three flights of stairs! Just a few things to be aware of, it is a lot of stairs, (so American third-floor and UK/European second floor), but Worth it because once you are in the apartment, it is very comfortable! The beds are very firm, but we finally got used to them. Overall I would say it’s a wonderful place and we would definitely stay there again! The management is wonderful, and very kind, so you can’t go wrong with this place!
