Cozy apartment in the old part of San Sebastian and, at the same time, in a quiet street for rest. It is a building located just in front of the mouth of the Urumea river, just across the Kursaal and Zurriola beach. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It is close to everything: 500 meters from Playa de la Concha and Zurriola beach, ideal for surfing. Restaurants, theaters, cinemas, museums, aquarium, etc. They are within walking distance. Nearby interesting areas such as Bilbao, Basque, Vitoria and Pamplona are 1 hour away or less and with excellent public transport.
