The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and has an elevator. The two rooms have double beds with comfortable mattresses for a restful night, neutral tones give the bedrooms a serene ambience.During your stay, sample the Fillungo shopping and dining just outside the apartment or take advantage of the location to walk to the Train Station to take daily trips to Viareggio, Pisa or Firenze or just walk to the Anfiteatro, Torre Guinigi, San Frediano and the Cathedral.Wifi speed: 85mbpsThe apartment is located within the ztl area (accessible by residents only) and does not offer parking.The guest can park at the Parking Cittadella prior reaching the apartment. By following the road sign you will be able to avoid the ztl area.We kindly inform all guests that the rented apartments/villas are self catering thus personal services of a hotel nature are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen changes, transfers).For such reason any additional service will be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly

We missed a full-length mirror and enough toilet paper.
The Teflon pans were all scratched, so unfortunately you couldn’t use them. Also we missed some dishwashing liquid.

This was our fourth stay in Lucca using Lucca Apartments and Villas. They have all been first class but this one was something else. This very well located modern, uncluttered apartment was immaculate and well equipped with high quality cutlery, crocsee more
This was our fourth stay in Lucca using Lucca Apartments and Villas. They have all been first class but this one was something else. This very well located modern, uncluttered apartment was immaculate and well equipped with high quality cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The two bathrooms were superb, both with high pressure rain showers. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and the air conditioning was very efficient. The best part for us was having that small balcony, just big enough for two chairs where we sat (glass in hand) watching people stroll up and down the street between San Michele and Piazza Napoleone. Being so close to Piazza Napoleone meant we also got to hear the Lucca Festival concerts for free (Rod Stewart in fact). It was great to have a lift instead of walking up flights of stairs with bags of shopping. We just didn’t want to leave, so much so that we went to the office and booked for next year before we left … never done that before ever. Thank you Lucca Apartments and Villas.

The apartment was a perfect size for 2-4 persons and was equipped as needed. Lucca was a delightful area for us to use as our base to visit other attractions in the area and the apartment was only a short jaunt to the train station. Will definitely recommend to friends and family who may be considering Lucca as their destination while in Italy.
