The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. We loved having the smart TV as well. Communication was great and instructions on parking to getting to the villa were easy. We really enjoyed our stay!!

The pillows on the bed weren’t comfortable- add pillows or get bigger ones because they were flat and uncomfortable.

Apartment exactly as photos.Lovely and peaceful,in central location.Stella met us at the apartment and explained everything and was very helpful in arranging a taxi for when we left.I highly recommend this property.There are 2 flights of stairs and as in description the second flight is very steep but don't be put off as you do get used to them and once inside the wonderful property it makes the climb worth it.Would definately stay here again when in Lucca
